Bronze Star recipient Mark Lucas detailed how the U.S. military’s Afghan allies were “untrustworthy” and perpetuated a barbaric culture of pedophilia and abusing women in an interview after it was revealed that the suspect in the Washington, DC shooting of two members of the National Guard is an Afghan national who previously worked with the CIA.
