
NAPOLCOM files raps vs 12 Manila cops over delivery riders’ alleged illegal arrest
Twelve Manila police officers are now facing administrative charges over the alleged illegal arrest of two delivery riders, according to the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) on Tuesday.
