Nartatez reminds cops of discipline, professionalism after deadly Negros Oriental shooting
Philippine National Police (PNP) acting chief Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Sunday ordered unit commanders and office heads to remind their personnel to uphold discipline and professionalism following the shooting incident in Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
