Ombudsman: All lawmakers, officials in Bernardo affidavit under investigation
All the personalities that former Department of Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo identified in his affidavits are under investigation by the Office of the Ombudsman, Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said.
