PAGASA: 11 areas under Signal No. 4 as Typhoon Tino hits land
More areas in the Visayas and Mindanao have been placed under Signal No. 4 as Typhoon Tino hit land in Silago, Southern Leyte at Tuesday midnight, bringing typhoon-force winds, heavy rains, and dangerous storm surges to affected areas.
