TNVS group bucks LTFRB penalties for canceled bookings
A group of Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) drivers on Monday expressed opposition to a recent order by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) that penalizes drivers who cancel bookings without reasonable cause.
