PAF Black Hawk makes emergency landing in Southern Leyte
A Philippine Air Force (PAF) S-70i Black Hawk helicopter conducted what officials described as a “precautionary landing” in St. Bernard, Southern Leyte, after experiencing a technical issue on Wednesday.
