PAGASA warns of up to 3-meter storm surges in Luzon due to Uwan
State weather bureau PAGASA has warned of a moderate to high risk of storm surges in several coastal provinces within the next 12 hours as Typhoon Uwan continues to affect the country”s western seaboards.
