The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported. PAGASA also said flash floods or landslides may occur in the said regions due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
