3 weather systems, STS Koto’s trough to bring cloudy skies, rains over N. Luzon, Palawan
The shear line, the northeast monsoon or Amihan, and the easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over Northern Luzon, while the effects of the trough of Severel Tropical Storm Koto (formerly Verbena) will be felt in Palawan on Saturday, PAGASA reported.
