Ex-DPWH Usec Bernardo: Auction gov’t infra projects instead of bidding
To curb corruption, former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo suggested Friday that government infrastructure projects be auctioned off instead of bidding these out to contractors.
