Shear line, amihan, ITCZ to bring coudy skies, rains over N. Luzon, Mindanao, Palawan
The shear line and the northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over the Northern Luzon while the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Mindanao and Palawan on Friday, PAGASA reported.
