Pangilinan calls for joint congressional panel to tackle justice reforms
Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan on Sunday called for the immediate creation of a Joint Congressional Commission on Justice Reform amid allegations of corruption and the flood control scandal hounding the government.
