BuCor denies ‘special treatment’ given to Alice Guo
Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr. on Thursday denied allegations that former Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo is receiving special treatment at the Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) in Mandaluyong City.
