3 of 4 cops in second arrest warrant over missing sabungeros now in custody
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-National Capital Region (CIDG-NCR) on Friday said three of the four police officers named in a newly issued arrest warrant over the missing sabungeros case are now in custody.
