LTFRB to PUV operators, drivers: Respect, don’t harass passengers
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Monday reminded public utility vehicle (PUV) operators and drivers to strictly follow laws against the harassment and discrimination of passengers.
