Marcos skips Gawad Lingkod Bayani event; Recto says he’s fine
President Ferdinand ”Bongbong” Marcos Jr. will not attend the event in Malacañang Wednesday morning but he is fine and catching up with paper works after experiencing diverticulitis, Executive Secretary Ralph Recto said.
