DHSUD turns over first horizontal housing units under Expanded 4PH
The Department of Human Settlements and Development (DHSUD) on Sunday turned over the first-ever horizontal housing units under the government”s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program to beneficiaries in Occidental Mindoro.
