PHIVOLCS: Taal eruptions will not obstruct sabungero search
BACOLOD CITY – Taal Volcano”s recent unrest will not impede the search for the remains of the missing sabungeros, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said on Monday.
