Comelec: Tarlac mayor disqualification ‘final, executory’
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) declared Wednesday that its decision declaring Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap-Sulit ineligible to serve public office for allegedly failing to meet the mandatory one-year residency requirement as final and executory.
