NGCP: 3 transmission lines down in Eastern Visayas amid Tino wrath
Three transmission lines in Eastern Visayas are currently down as Typhoon Tino battered the region with typhoon-force winds and heavy rains before dawn Tuesday, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines said.
