Luzon residents seek shelter as Uwan unleashes wrath
Residents in several parts of Luzon have evacuated to safer grounds to escape the wrath of Super Typhoon Uwan as it made landfall over Aurora province, according to reports in “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday.
