DILG: 1st day of INC rally ‘generally peaceful’
Although the first day of the Iglesia ni Cristo”s rally at the Luneta in Manila was generally peaceful, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Sunday assured that the government is fully prepared to address threats to public order, including destabilizers.
