DPWH pressed: Release, explain ‘Cabral files’
Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste on Monday called on the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to release to the public and explain the contents of the computer files supposedly provided to the lawmaker by its former undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral prior to her death.
