Sixteen years after the Maguindanao Massacre, the deadliest attack on journalists in history, GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures present “58th.” Directed by Carl Joseph Papa, the film honors the lives lost and brings forward the story of Reynaldo “Bebot” Momay, the massacre”s 58th victim.
