House panel asks court to allow Madriaga testify in VP Sara’s impeach hearing
The House justice panel has asked the Manila Regional Trial Court to allow detainee Ramil Madriaga, a confessed bagman of Vice President Sara Duterte, to attend the impeachment hearing.
