Lacson: P180B may be lost to ghost flood control projects since 2016
Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson on Wednesday floated the possibility that approximately P180 billion may have been lost due to ghost or non-existent flood control projects beginning 2016.
