Nagbabala ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) laban sa mga driver at operators ng mga public utility vehicles (PUVs) na hindi ipinatutupad o hindi nagbibigay ng 20% student discount kapag weekends o holidays.
