LTO summons owner of dump truck in fatal Antipolo crash
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday said it has issued a show cause order (SCO) to the registered owner of an Isuzu dump truck that was involved in a multi-vehicle collision that killed three people and injured four others along Sumulong Highway in Antipolo City on November 25.
