Marcos says ICI ‘coming towards the end’
President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said Friday that the work of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) is about to be finished, adding that it already investigated what needs to be probed in the anomalous flood control projects.
