Chelsea Fernandez is coming home! The Miss Cosmo 2025 Runner-up is returning to the Philippines on January 26 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 at 1:30 p.m. where she will be welcomed by fans and the media. She will be traveling from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
