
NAPOLCOM resolves pending cases vs cops, 25-year backlog
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has successfully resolved its pending cases against erring police officers as well as a backlog spanning more than 25 years. In a statement over the weekend, NAPOLCOM vice chairperson and executive officer Rafael Vicente Calinisan called it an “institutional milestone” in the agency”s commitment to efficiency, accountability, and justice.
