NBI appeals for dashcam footage of Kennon Road for Cabral death probe
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) urged motorists who recently traveled along Kennon Road to provide dashcam footage of the area where former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) undersecretary Catalina Cabral was last seen alive in Tuba, Benguet.
