Will Supreme Court SAVE women’s sports from liberal activists?
West Virginia has banned young men like Becky Pepper-Jackson — a transgender 15-year-old — from competing in girls’ and women’s sports.
While the law has been blocked by lower courts, conservatives and fathers — like BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere — are hoping that the outcome will be different at the conservative-dominated Supreme Court.
“The 15-year-old Becky Pepper-Jackson is the sole transgender student athlete in the entire state of West Virginia, according to her attorneys and her bid to continue playing competitive sports is in the hands of the Supreme Court,” Stu reads from a Washington Post article on “Stu Does America.”
Jackson’s lawyers argued that the ban discriminates against him for being transgender, which they believe violates his constitutional equal protection rights.
However, the state argued that the ban is necessary in order to preserve fairness in women’s sports, which means that Becky Pepper-Jackson — who the state also argued has an unfair physical advantage like all biological males — is no exception.
“This is something that literally everyone knows. And when I say literally everyone knows it, I mean not just you and me. … Everyone, including far-left lunatics, understand this. They all know it. They all know it in their hearts, in their minds. They all know it,” Stu says.
“What they admit publicly, what they argue publicly, is something totally different many times. But they all know what the truth is here. Every single one of them. This is not, like, some mysterious information we’ve stumbled upon. I didn’t dig through a government report and find some little notation at the end that indicates, ‘Wow, we discovered new information,’” he continues.
“That’s not what’s going on here. This is just blatantly obvious things that everyone understands,” he adds.

Christian nationalists argue ‘less than ideal’ interracial relationships are wrong
When interracial marriage became a hot topic on the tip of Christian nationalists’ tongues this week, the controversial pastor Joel Webbon chimed in — sparking even more debate.
“Interracial marriage, while biblically permissible, generally/ordinarily goes against God’s normative design for humanity, nations, and cultures,” Webbon said in a post on X.
Dale Partridge, another minister, responded to Webbon’s post, writing: “As a Christian man happily married to a Mexican/Spanish/American woman, I actually agree with Joel Webbon. Interracial marriage is not the ‘ideal.’ Now, like Joel, I do not believe it is sinful, and if providence positions two Christians from different ethnic backgrounds to unite in marriage, it can be a glorious thing (which it has been for us).”

Partridge went on to caveat that interracial marriage “does create a variety of additional hurdles in marriage and family life.”
BlazeTV contributor Virgil Walker doesn’t quite align with their beliefs, but he also doesn’t feel the need to disparage them for it.
“There’s a branch, there’s a segment of the Christian nationalist movement that I’ve warned about years ago, that I wrote about, regarding this ethnocentrism that would take shape and take place. And there’s nothing wrong with ethnic centrality, with thinking about your ethnicity,” Walker tells BlazeTV host Jason Whitlock on “Jason Whitlock Harmony.”
“The problem is when we start pushing these morality ideas, these moral issues, these moral ideas, into the context of ethnicity to say, ‘Hey, marriage outside of this is not ideal and here’s why.’ You’re adding to what God has already stated about who we are, about how we’re to function, and even about who we’re to marry,” Walker explains.
“What these men are doing are they’re signaling where they stand, and I’m not mad at that. I’m not angry at that at all. I think it’s actually a good thing for them to signal where they stand for those who operate and agree with them to align themselves with that kind of thinking,” he continues.
“I do think it is incumbent upon us, as ministers of the gospel, as Christians, as thought leaders, to be clear about what the Bible actually says and not allow anyone to say what God has not said,” he adds.

She abandoned her anti-trans activism the moment it became inconvenient
Once upon a time, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair went “hard in the paint” writing a children’s book speaking out against the transitioning of children, titled “Elephants Are Not Birds.”
“It’s a children’s book to explain that you can’t be something that you’re not. An elephant cannot be a bird. A boy cannot be a girl. This was like the entire reason she was one of the … activists who was trying to make sure that we stopped transing children and that we stopped trying to convince women to chop off health body parts, or boys to stop their puberty and the obvious sterilization that comes from that,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales explains on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
St. Clair is also the mother of one of Elon Musk’s 14 children, and the two are having a very public fight over the child — which has been made worse by her now apologizing to the trans community.
“So now, Ashley St. Clair, in true, typical, feminist fashion, all of a sudden she has a totally different view on trans,” Gonzales explains.
In a post on X, St. Clair responded to criticism from an anonymous account that wrote, “you’ve previously engaged in blatant transphobia, how do you feel about trans people in the wake of noticing how the far right truly is?”
“I feel immense guilt for my role. And even more guilt that things I have said in the past may have caused my son’s sister more pain. Idrk how to make amends for many of these things but I have been trying incredibly hard privately to learn + advocate for those within the trans community that I’ve hurt,” St. Clair responded.
“What she’s referring to right there is Elon Musk’s trans child. He has a child who is a male whose mother is allowing him to live as a female. So now she’s referring to the trans person as a sister when it’s a boy,” Gonzales comments.
“Now all of a sudden she’s, like, weaponizing children’s lives and mental illness against her ex,” she adds.

Zohran Mamdani is now openly pitching communism — and mocking ‘rugged individualism’
Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s swearing-in ceremony went as one might expect, with the young politician praising the “warmth of collectivism” while dissing the “frigidity of rugged individualism.”
And BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere couldn’t be less surprised.
“You might think, well, you know, he won the election. Sure, he was a firebrand when he was out there on the campaign tour, but what’s he really going to be like as a mayor?” Stu asks on “Stu Does America.”
“He tried to make that very, very clear in his opening speech, where he talked about ‘the warmth of collectivism,’” he adds, before playing a clip from Mamdani’s telling speech.
“We will draw this city closer together. We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism. If our campaign demonstrated that the people of New York yearn for solidarity, then let this government foster it,” Mamdani boomed.
“Because no matter what you eat, how you pray, or where you come from, the words that most define us are the two we all share: New Yorkers,” he added.
“It is unbelievable that anyone is falling for this after what has happened in our history. The ‘frigidity of rugged individualism,’ the thing that built America, he’s describing it as frigid and cold and awful, an awful experience,” Stu comments.
“And then the warmth, the warm blanket of collectivism. It’s not even hiding it. It’s not even the collectivism, the warmth of working together. He’s not even using an euphemism. He’s just coming out and saying it. He’s just saying, ‘Hey, let me just pitch this to you: Marxism,’” he continues.
“Now, of course, the warmth of collectivism is very, very known. Well known. They wrote a great book about it. It’s a little long. It’s called ‘The Black Book of Communism,’” he adds.
Stu points out that the book is a great one to have in your personal library, as it’s an “endless telling of all the horrors of the world of communism and what it has done to us over the past hundred years.”
“We’re talking about, you know, millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of people dead,” he says. “Like we’re talking nine figures of people killed by this philosophy that the people of New York were just like, ‘You know, let’s try that here.’”

Migrant welfare recipients called out for funding TERROR GROUPS overseas with taxpayer dollars
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is warning that the federal government is about to crack down on migrant welfare recipients who send money overseas — and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is shocked that it was ever allowed in the first place.
“And from now on, anyone who wires money out from one of these money service businesses has to check a box saying whether they are on public assistance. And if you are on public assistance, we are going to start pushing that you cannot wire money out of the country,” Bessent told Laura Ingraham on Fox News.
“Well, what if they lie and they don’t tell us they’re on public assistance?” Ingraham asked. “That’s a crime, lying on a federal form.”
“We’re going to follow it up, and we are going to push that you can no longer do that. The American people, our generosity has been taken advantage of,” he responded.
“Our generosity is funding al-Shabaab and Iranian interests. … This is really bad,” Ingraham chimed in.
“The money is supposed to go for alleged asylum seekers and their families and children, and if you were wiring the money out of the country, one of two things must be true: You are getting too much money and your benefits should be cut, or you are part of this conspiracy,” Bessent said firmly.
“If the federal taxpayers are paying for you to live here, you’re not allowed to send their money. It’s not even your money. Their money, my money, you’re not allowed to send overseas. That should not be controversial at all,” Gonzales comments on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
“If you are so broke that you need taxpayer dollars, you are not allowed to send it overseas. You’re not allowed to send it to your family overseas. You’re not allowed to send it to terror groups overseas. You’re not allowed to send it to anybody overseas,” she continues.
And the amount of immigrants receiving benefits from taxpaying American citizens is not a small number.
“You’ve got over half of immigrant-headed households that receive cash, food, medical care, or housing benefits from taxpayers. Over half, according to the Center for Immigration Studies,” Gonzales says.
“We know that over half of these people are taking more than they are bringing to the table,” she continues, pointing out that money sent or brought back by migrants is “almost three times as much as global foreign aid.”
“Look at that chart: 822 billion versus 288 billion in foreign aid. … This is just these people coming here, taking from us, and then sending it back home or sending it to their favorite terror group,” she adds.

Glenn Beck: Banning corporate home ownership isn’t freedom — but neither is a rigged housing market
When President Trump announced his plan to ban large institutions from buying up American houses, Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck was initially thrilled.
“A conversation is happening in our country right now about housing, about corporations being able to buy homes and whether they should be allowed to do that at all. And my first instinct is no, because the pain this is causing — and the pain is real,” Glenn says.
“Young families are locked out. Rent’s rising faster than wages, communities hollowed out, and you have governments all around the world who are pushing for ‘you will own nothing and you’ll like it.’ Meaning, somebody owns everything. You’re just a constant renter. You’re a serf,” he continues.
However, “every libertarian bone” of Glenn’s reacted to the news that Trump is toying with passing a law addressing this with a resounding “no.”
“Banning ownership is not freedom. It’s just not. … Once you decide who can own property, you’ve crossed a line that history tells us is not easily crossed back in the other direction,” Glenn says.
“But here’s a part that we have to be honest with ourselves about, because pretending otherwise is honestly how we lose the country,” he continues. “What is happening in our country right now is not a free market. You can look at it that way, if you squint really, really hard and lie to yourself every day.”
“We’ve built something entirely different from the free market,” he says, pointing out that in a real free market, “risk matters.”
“In a real market, price signals mean something. … If you make a bad bet, you lose. But that’s not what’s happening. At least not at the corporate level. Okay? That’s not happening in housing. Housing has been transformed into a financial instrument,” he continues.
“It’s not about a house for a family. It’s about a financial instrument. And this isn’t by accident; this is policy. It comes from years of zero interest rates, trillions of cheap dollars, government-backed mortgages, pipelines that are all securitized, regulatory advantages that favor the size or the lawyers and the leverage that you don’t have access to,” he explains.
“Our federal government didn’t just invite Wall Street into housing. It pulled it by the collar and said, ‘You are doing these things because it’s good for our re-election, and I’ll protect you if there’s a problem.’ That’s not a free market,” he says.
This is why Glenn believes the answer is not to outright ban corporations from buying housing, but to address the real issues that have created this situation.
“The problem is not corporate ownership,” Glenn continues. “The problem is privileged ownership. The problem is when government quietly rigs the game.”

The media’s ‘confusion’ over RFK Jr.’s diet guidelines is either fake — or just stupid
The media is either playing dumb when it comes to the Department of Health and Human Services’ recent changes to the federal dietary guidelines — or the media is actually just dumb.
“Kennedy’s nutrition guidelines raise questions,” one article from Axios is headlined.
“They are so disingenuous with, I mean, literally everything. … I do believe that they’re dumb, but it makes them look so dumb that they can’t understand just basics, just the basics,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
As for HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Gonzales explains, “He’s just taking the classic food pyramid and turning it upside down.”
“It’s what we needed to do this whole time. It prioritizes eating real, whole foods, way more protein and healthy fats and vegetables and fruits. It’s OK to eat healthy fats and limit carbs and grains, especially the ultra-processed ones. That should not be confusing to, I don’t know, anyone who’s been paying attention. Like, eat real food,” she says.
“That’s three words. Three words. None of them are complex. Eat real food. Each have one syllable actually. So it’s three words, three syllables. … What they should have been confused with is the old pyramid that we were given because like, oh, we should actually eat what, 11 servings of bread, cereal, rice, and pasta a day. I mean, that’s always been absolutely absurd,” she adds.
While the left often calls RFK Jr. a “crazy conspiracy crackpot nut job” who is neither a scientist nor a doctor, Gonzales points out that “he’s a 71-year-old with a six pack.”
“Something tells me I should trust that guy with my diet. I’m going to trust him on what to eat, especially considering that this country has been getting fatter and sicker for years under the previous guidance,” she adds.

How Leland Vittert went from social outcast to network TV
When NewsNation reporter Leland Vittert was diagnosed with autism as a child, his father did not treat it as a disability but rather a tool to be sharpened — and Vittert believes this was a huge factor when it came to finding success as an adult.
And while Vittert credits his upbringing for his ability to overcome adversity, it was his college experience that led him to realize he needed to change, not the world.
“I think college was the first time I started realizing that I needed to change, right? Because my dad spent, you know, all those nights that I was so upset saying, ‘Look, when you get older, the same qualities that are making you ostracized and bullied and having all these issues are the qualities that’s going to make you successful later in life,’” Vittert tells Stuckey.
“He was correct in many ways. He did not tell me in eighth grade that an eighth grade middle school classroom is great training for a Washington newsroom, which would later turn out to be very true. Still is,” he continues.
His dad often told him a story about being blackballed from all the fraternities while he was in college.
“He never got a bid at any one of the fraternities that was on campus. And it was a way of sort of explaining to me, right, that he understood the isolation. He understood what I was going through. And the same thing happened to me,” Vittert tells Stuckey.
Vittert was told that he wasn’t getting a bid and called his dad that night.
“It’s snowing at Northwestern, bitterly cold. Tears are freezing on my face. And I called my dad. I said, ‘I’m just like you.’ And then I said to dad, I said, ‘I need to understand that it may not just be everybody else. I’m going to have to change.’ And that really became the college experience,” he explains.
“To me, going to college wasn’t really about learning economics, which I majored in, or journalism, which journalism school is pretty useless. But it was about learning as a person and trying to put all of those lessons that my dad taught me into effect,” he continues.
Vittert found that with hard work, he was able to channel who he was into what he wanted to be — and he found that journalism was one of those industries “that just yield to hard work.”
“If you just work hard and outwork everybody, that is of enormous value in journalism,” he says.

The conspiracy that gave Liz Wheeler ‘chills’: Was there a FIFTH plane on 9/11?
September 11, 2001, remains the most tragic day in American history, but almost a quarter-century later, mysteries surrounding the events of the day have yet to be solved.
And one TMZ documentary that BlazeTV host Liz Wheeler admits shockingly gave her “chills” involves United Flight 23, which was grounded when the World Trade Center was hit. However, the plane may have been another one that hijackers were attempting to weaponize.
“I watched the creepiest — I’m talking chills up and down your arms — documentary recently. The absolute creepiest. It was actually a documentary done by TMZ, believe it or not. I’m not particularly into celebrity gossip,” Wheeler says.
“It’s actually quite a well-done piece of investigative journalism about September 11, 2001,” she adds.
The narrative that the documentary challenges claims that four planes were hijacked by al-Qaeda terrorists on 9/11, and the documentary provides evidence that there was actually a fifth.
“What if I presented evidence to you today that there was actually another plane — another plane that was supposed to be hijacked too? And not only was there another plane that had hijackers on it, but the government found out about it afterward. And so did the airlines. They knew about it. And to this day, they’re covering it up,” Wheeler explains.
The documentary features the claim, according to a flight attendant, that one passenger on the plane was a man who was wearing a burka.
“How would you react if you were on an airline and there was not only a person in a full burka — not just a hijab, a full burka with just the eye slits — but a person with hairy hands, a person that the flight crew were pretty certain was a man?” Wheeler asks.
There was a male “bodyguard” sitting next to the man in the burka, who flight attendants recalled was “sweating profusely.”
But these were not the only Middle Eastern passengers of note aboard the flight.
“So we have four Middle Eastern passengers in first class. Someone, an individual dressed in a full burka with just eye slits. … The other man in the tan suit was trying to peer into the cockpit using his son as an excuse,” Wheeler explains.
These same passengers argued with the flight crew about taking off quickly instead of being delayed to hand out food.
“As if that’s not creepy enough, once the news broke that the plane was not going to be taking off because the other planes on 9/11 had hit the towers, had hit the Pentagon, these same passengers asked a question of the flight crew,” she continues.
One of them asked, “Did they get the White House?”
Once they were all deplaned and the airport was being evacuated, someone on the ground noticed that there were people back on the aircraft, 20 minutes after the plane was locked.
When it was investigated, it was discovered that the hatches to the plane had been reopened.
“So, what does that mean? Did someone enter the airplane through the floor hatch to remove, I don’t know what, evidence, weapons after everyone exited the plane?” Wheeler asks. “Well, that’s not just a hypothetical question. A weapon that had been planted on a plane was found at JFK.”
When TMZ reached out and even filed a Freedom of Information Act request, the organization was ignored.
“How can you not think that this is a government cover-up?” Wheeler asks, shocked. “The 9/11 commission didn’t even interview the pilot of that plane.”

This media spin on the ICE shooting will make you sick
Mainstream media is spinning the ICE shooting incident to paint Renee Nicole Good as a hero instead of an agitator, and while BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales admits that life lost is “always a tragedy” — she’s not pleased with the media’s biased reaction.
“When life is lost, it’s always tragedy. But this is one of those things that’s like, guys, I don’t know. Don’t do that. Don’t commit crimes. Don’t impede ICE’s work. Don’t do that,” Gonzales says on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
Good was a mother of three who was attending a protest with her wife, who, following the tragic death, was seen yelling that it was her fault for forcing her wife to join her.
“This is a woman who unfortunately lost her life due to the consequences of her own actions. And so it’s just incredible to see the media slobbering all over her as if she were some hero, as if she didn’t do this to herself,” Gonzales says.
One article from NBC News on the story is headlined, “Woman fatally shot by ICE agent remembered as ‘one of the kindest people.’”
Another article from the Washington Post is titled, “Woman killed by ICE in Minneapolis was a mother of 3 and a poet.”
“She could rhyme well, so you know, she must have been a good gal. Now she was a mother of three, only apparently had one of them living with her. We don’t know why, but she was a mother, and she was basically Dr. Seuss, and also she was an avid writer and hobby guitarist who won a poetry prize in 2020,” Gonzales comments.
“I don’t gloat in her death,” she continues. “I don’t mock her death. I don’t wish ill will on her family. In fact, I find it absolutely tragic. I find it absolutely tragic that this child that she had custody of ‘cause the dad was dead, her 6-year-old is now an orphan.”
“I find that horribly sad. But I find the coverage of this in the mainstream media to just be absolutely disgusting,” she says, pointing out that the mainstream media’s coverage of Ashli Babbitt, who was killed by Capitol Police officers on January 6, couldn’t have been less favorable to the victim.
“NBC News,” Gonzales reads, “Woman killed in Capitol was Trump supporter who embraced conspiracy theories.”
The subhead that followed wasn’t any better, reading, “Social media profiles connected to Ashli Babbitt were almost singularly focused on radical conservative topics and conspiracy theories.”
“Oh, she was just a crazy right-wing nut job who had it coming,” Gonzales says.
The L.A. times called the January 6 protest a “deadly insurrection” when it reported on it.
“Here’s the funny thing,” Gonzales says, “the deadly part of it was Ashli Babbitt.”
