BIDEN ADMIN BUNGLE: Bondi Blasts Former Admin for Letting Pipe Bomber Case Go Cold [WATCH]
After nearly five years of dead ends, delays, and mounting public frustration, Attorney General Pam Bondi stepped to the podium Thursday and delivered the news Washington had all but given up on:
Judge axes indictments against Trump foes James Comey, Letitia James

A federal judge dismissed the cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James Monday.
Senior U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie dismissed the two indictments, ruling that President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Lindsey Halligan was invalidly appointed to her position.
‘No one is above the law.’
Currie said that “all actions flowing from Ms. Halligan’s defective appointment” to serve as interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia “were unlawful exercises of executive power and hereby set aside.”
Prosecutors who work alongside Halligan said U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has the authority to choose whom to appoint to the position and that the 120-day period interim U.S. attorneys serve operates as a temporary check-in system for appointees.

“The implications of a contrary conclusion are extraordinary,” Currie said of Halligan’s appointment. “It would mean the government could send any private citizen off the street — attorney or not — into the grand jury room to secure an indictment so long as the Attorney General gives her approval after the fact. That cannot be the law.”
Currie dismissed the cases without prejudice, keeping the door open for the cases to be refiled, though whether they will be remains unclear. The Department of Justice may also opt to appeal Currie’s decision. Blaze News reached out to Bondi’s office for comment.
Comey was indicted in September for “serious crimes related to the disclosure of sensitive information,” with the Department of Justice alleging that the former director lied to Congress.
“No one is above the law,” Bondi said in a statement following the indictment. “Today’s indictment reflects this Department of Justice’s commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people. We will follow the facts in this case.”

James was indicted shortly after Comey in October over allegations of bank fraud and providing false statements to a financial institution. If James had been convicted, she would have faced up to 30 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines on each count.
“The charges as alleged in this case represent intentional, criminal acts and tremendous breaches of the public’s trust,” Halligan said in a statement following the indictment. “The facts and the law in this case are clear, and we will continue following them to ensure that justice is served.”

HABBA OFFICE ATTACKED! Bondi Confirms Incident at U.S. Attorney’s Office — ‘We Will Find This Person’
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday that, “Last night, an individual attempted to confront one of our U.
Person tried to ‘confront’ US attorney Alina Habba and destroyed property at her office, Bondi says

Acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba was the target of an alleged act of political intimidation according to a statement from Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Bondi revealed few details about the incident from Wednesday evening in a post on social media.
‘Any violence or threats of violence against any federal officer will not be tolerated. Period.’
“Last night, an individual attempted to confront one of our U.S. Attorneys — my dear friend @USAttyHabba — destroyed property in her office, and then fled the scene. Thankfully, Alina is ok,” wrote Bondi Thursday.
“Any violence or threats of violence against any federal officer will not be tolerated. Period,” she added. “This is unfortunately becoming a trend as radicals continue to attack law enforcement agents around the country.”
Habba posted a brief but defiant statement about the incident.
“I will not be intimidated by radical lunatics for doing my job,” she wrote.
Bondi vowed to find the alleged culprit and bring them to justice.
“Our federal prosecutors, agents, and law-enforcement partners put their lives on the line every day to protect the American people,” Bondi added, “and this Department will use every legal tool available to ensure their safety and hold violent offenders fully accountable.”

Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel reiterated the promise to lead the hunt against those threatening public servants.
He added, “Zero tolerance for these acts of violence.”

‘Whack-a-mole’: FBI allegedly fires, rehires, then refires agents linked to Jack Smith’s anti-GOP Arctic Frost crusade

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) published damning documents last month detailing how the Biden FBI not only secretly obtained the private phone records of numerous Republican lawmakers but subpoenaed records for over 400 Republican individuals and entities as part of what the Iowa senator called a “fishing expedition.”
Grassley noted last week that Operation Arctic Frost, the “fishing expedition” in question, “was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”
‘The road to reform is long.’
Amid the backlash over the latest insights into the Biden administration’s yearslong apparent campaign to criminalize its political opponents, the FBI began canning some of the agents involved in Arctic Frost whose names appeared in the newly released documents. While the bureau handed out numerous pink slips in recent days, it evidently had issues making them stick.
Last week, the FBI reportedly fired at least two agents who had worked on the Arctic Frost investigation.
CNN originally reported that Aaron Tapp, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s San Antonio office who previously had an oversight role on Arctic Frost, was among those fired, though it has since indicated that he was forced into retiring.

On Monday, the bureau allegedly canned another four agents who worked on Smith’s team: Jeremy Desor; Blaire Toleman, a Chicago-based agent who once led a now-defunct public corruption squad; David Geist, a former assistant special agent in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office; and Jamie Garman, an agent who was placed on administrative leave early last month, reported Reuters.
“The public has a right to know how the government’s spending their hard-earned tax dollars, and if agents were engaged in wrongdoing they ought to be held accountable,” Sen. Grassley said in a statement. “Transparency brings accountability.”
Multiple sources told Reuters that at least two of the terminations — Toleman’s and Geist’s — were rescinded later in the day, along with a number of other terminations that allegedly took place on Monday.
Sources familiar with the matter told CNN that Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, had intervened on Monday to reverse the firings of least four fired FBI agents. One source said she weighed in on account of the agents’ involvement in the Trump administration’s crackdown on criminality in the national capital.
This last-minute rescue was, however, apparently as short-lived as the initial terminations. The FBI reportedly fired the agents again on Tuesday.
It’s presently unclear how many agents were officially canned.
The FBI and Pirro’s office did not immediately respond to Blaze News’ request for comment.
The FBI Agents Association complained in a statement on Tuesday that “the actions yesterday — in which FBI Special Agents were terminated and then reinstated shortly after — highlight the chaos that occurs when long-standing policies and processes are ignored. An Agent simply being assigned to an investigation and conducting it appropriately within the law should never be grounds for termination.”
“Director Patel has disregarded the law and launched a campaign of erratic and arbitrary retribution,” added the group.
Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, told Blaze News, “Individual accountability for participation in or oversight of weaponized operations such as Arctic Frost should absolutely be imposed. I’m glad some have been fired for this, and I am sure they will sue and be well represented.”
“The personnel laws are very restrictive to accountability, which certainly makes accountability harder, especially when considering termination versus reassignment,” continued Howell. “That being said, you can’t have weaponized individuals still at the FBI, that just should not ever be an acceptable option. The road to reform is long.”
Howell added, “I’d like to see more thought given to systemic reform at the FBI so it can’t operate institutionally as it did during the Biden years especially. Whack-a-mole on weaponized individuals is tough work, but the FBI and government should also mitigate the potential for them to abuse power again.”

Bondi exposes ‘UNPRECEDENTED’ Arctic Frost action against Trump by Biden admin

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed on Tuesday further disturbing details about the Biden administration’s Operation Arctic Frost, which targeted at least nine Republican lawmakers.
‘It was a clear effort by the Biden White House and the Biden DOJ to go after the president.’
Documents previously published by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) exposed that the operation sought the private cellphone records of Republican politicians.
The investigation into Arctic Frost unveiled that the Biden administration provided Trump’s phone to special counsel Jack Smith, Bondi announced on Tuesday.
“During the Arctic Frost Investigation, we found that Special Counsel seized President Trump’s government-issued phone,” Bondi wrote in a post on X.
Bondi called the action by the Biden administration “UNPRECEDENTED.”
“In addition, Special Counsel subpoenaed all of President Trump’s PERSONAL phone records,” she continued. “We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization in America.”

Bondi stated that the latest findings were provided to Congress.
Conservatives flooded Bondi’s post with comments asking if any arrests would follow these new revelations, expressing that many are tired of the political theater and want to see justice served.
“Why not move forward with charges?” one X user asked. “Why hand it to Congress … so it can die in committee and resurface as campaign soundbites? We’re tired of the theater. We want accountability.”
“America is sick and tired of talk,” another user wrote. “We want major arrests and long prison terms. I really do not know how else to make this more clear. Our guy has a MUG SHOT, his personal home was raided by armed law enforcement with shoot to kill orders. He has had multiple attempts on his life.”

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt reacted to Bondi’s announcement during Tuesday’s press briefing.
“I think this is just further evidence of the egregious overreach and weaponization of government that took place under the previous White House against then-former president and now-President Donald J. Trump,” Leavitt said. “It was a clear effort by the Biden White House and the Biden DOJ to go after the president.”
The Department of Justice declined to comment beyond the AG’s statement.

Bondi has bad news for Fauci, Milley, and other Biden pardonees: DOJ is actively reviewing Biden-era autopen use

The House Oversight Committee published a damning 100-page report on Tuesday deeming invalid those executive actions and pardons issued without proper authorization and with machine-generated signatures in former President Joe Biden’s name.
In a corresponding letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) noted that the committee had found “President Biden’s aides coordinated a cover-up of the president’s diminishing faculties” and “that these same aides utilized an ad hoc, inconsistent, and ineffective process to obtain President Biden’s assent to certain key decisions, which raises significant questions about whether President Biden knew — let alone provided a decision regarding — the ‘decisions’ that, often through the use of an autopen, ultimately bore his signature.”
Comer asked Bondi to investigate all executive actions taken during Biden’s time in office “to ascertain whether they were duly authorized by the president of the United States.”
Hours after the publication of the report and the committee’s assertion that Biden’s executive actions are “NULL and VOID,” Bondi revealed on X that her “team has already initiated a review of the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons.”
President Donald Trump signed a presidential memorandum on June 4 directing the White House Counsel’s Office to investigate, in consultation with Bondi and the head of any other relevant agency, “whether certain individuals conspired to deceive the public about Biden’s mental state and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the president.”
Trump specifically tasked the investigators with looking into the “circumstances surrounding Biden’s supposed execution of numerous executive actions” and reviewing the policy documents for which the autopen was used, including clemency grants and executive orders.

The Oversight Project, a government watchdog group, concluded in a Monday report that after reviewing approximately 1,597 enrolled copies of documents bearing Biden’s signature, 846 of 958 executive orders, pardons, commutations, and proclamations were signed with autopen.
Of the Biden-era documents analyzed, Oversight Project indicated that 75% of the pardons — including for Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley, members of the Biden clan, and former members of the House Jan. 6 select committee — and 51.8% of the commutations were signed with autopen.
‘The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.’
Bondi noted that Comer’s “new information is extremely helpful, and his leadership on this issue is invaluable,” adding that the DOJ will continue working with the House Oversight Committee “to deliver accountability for the American people.”
Ed Martin, the DOJ’s pardon attorney who announced a similar investigation into the matter of Biden’s alleged pardons in May, responded to Bondi’s statement with emojis signifying police and the scales of justice. Martin also suggested that the Oversight Project’s statistics regarding autopen usage during the Biden administration warrant “closer review.”
A determination that some or all of the Biden-era pardons are invalid could prove consequential for many of the recipients, including Fauci, the fifth director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who received a “full and unconditional” pass for possible federal crimes going back to 2014, and for Milley, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff whom Trump has accused of committing “treason.”
However, Trump has made clear that he especially wishes to see consequence visited on the former members of the House Jan. 6 select committee.
Trump announced after the Oversight Project’s initial exposé about the liberal use of the presidential autopen during the Biden administration,
The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.

Man arrested for posting TikTok murder-for-hire threat against Pam Bondi, FBI says

A Minnesota man has been arrested over a TikTok video that put a $45,000 bounty on the head of U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
On Oct. 9, the FBI said it received a tip about the post that showed an image of Bondi with the caption, “WANTED: Pam Bondi. REWARD: 45,000. DEAD OR ALIVE (PREFERABLY DEAD).” The user also placed a “sniperscope red dot” on Bondi’s forehead in the image.
Prosecutors argued that the post was not a joke and constituted a deliberate threat of violence.
The post also had the caption, “*Cough cough* when they don’t serve us then what?”
The FBI was able to trace the post to 30-year-old Tyler Maxon Avalos, who lived at an apartment in St. Paul, according to an affidavit.
The post made several references to anarchism, according to the FBI. One of those was a link to a book titled, “An Anarchist FAQ Book.”
Even more alarming, Avalos has a long criminal history. In 2022 he was convicted of felony stalking, and in 2016 he was convicted of misdemeanor domestic assault. Also in 2016 he was convicted of felony third-degree domestic battery, which was a strangulation charge that was reduced.
