Ken Paxton launches crackdown on H-1B fraud in Texas after exposé by BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton credited BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales on Wednesday with getting the ball rolling on a new and “wide-sweeping investigation into abuse of the H-1B visa program by Texas businesses.”
Standing outside a seemingly vacant single-family home in Irving — the supposed office of 3Bees Technologies Inc., one of the companies Gonzales scrutinized in a damning report on possible H-1B fraud earlier this month — Paxton told the BlazeTV host, “Thanks to you, we’re here today.”
‘It’s not our first rodeo, and we’ll definitely find out what’s going on.’
“We’ve started an investigation into three different companies that we think might be scamming people with these H-1B visas,” said Paxton.
“Thanks to you, we’ve sent them questionnaires,” continued Paxton. “They’re called Civil Investigative Demands, and they’re designed to find out what the truth is, what is actually happening, what are their actual practices. Are they defrauding consumers? Are they misguiding people as to what they’re actually doing?”
Paxton has ordered the companies to provide documents identifying all of their employees, records detailing the specific products or services they provide, financial statements, and communications pertaining to company operations.
Although the Texas Attorney General’s Office is currently looking at three businesses in North Texas, Paxton indicated that is the start of a much larger investigation.
‘Abuse and fraud within these programs strip jobs and opportunities away from Texans.’
The Texas attorney general expressed confidence that potential fraudsters will be flushed out, telling Gonzales, “It’s not our first rodeo, and we will definitely find out what’s going on.”
“Any criminal who attempts to scam the H-1B visa program and use ‘ghost offices’ or other fraudulent ploys should be prepared to face the full force of the law,” Paxton said in a statement.

“Abuse and fraud within these programs strip jobs and opportunities away from Texans. I will use every tool available to uproot and hold accountable any individual or company engaged in these fraudulent schemes,” added the Texas attorney general.
Gonzales’ exposé evidently also captured the attention of Gov. Greg Abbott (R).
Citing “recent reports of abuse in the federal H-1B visa program” and the “federal government’s ongoing review of that program to ensure American jobs are going to American workers,” Abbott directed all state agencies on Tuesday to “immediately freeze” new H-1B visa petitions.
In addition to pumping the brakes on new H-1B visas, Abbott demanded that public universities and various state agencies provide an account of how many H-1B visa holders they are currently sponsoring; the countries of origin of their sponsored H-1B visa holders; the expected expiration date for each sponsored visa; and the efforts taken to ensure that Texan candidates were afforded a reasonable opportunity to apply for each position filled by an H-1B visa holder.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ H-1B Employer Data Hub indicates that over 41,500 H-1B visa beneficiaries were approved for fiscal year 2025 in Texas.
Qubitz Tech Systems, one of the companies Gonzales scrutinized in her report, had 12 H-1B beneficiaries approved last year. The company, whose visa job contact is Hari Madiraju, has apparently been hiring “software developers” from abroad for years.
When Gonzales went to the address listed for Qubitz in Frisco, Texas — a four-bedroom house in a residential neighborhood — she was greeted by a man responding to “Hari” who was clearly not happy to see her.
At the mention of Qubitz and its supposed employees, Hari called the police, which Gonzales welcomed.
Gonzales later paid a visit to Qubitz’s supposed worksite. Instead of finding a dozen or more workers engaged in the kind of software development that supposedly requires foreign talent, she found a vacant prison-cell-sized room with a single chair and some folding tables.
“Pretty cramped working quarters for 12 H-1B workers,” said Gonzales. “I’m not buying it.”

4 radical bills + 1 executive order: Spanberger’s Virginia is already spiraling into crime and racism in just days

It’s been less than a week since Democrat Abigail Spanberger was sworn in as Virginia’s governor, and already her unhinged liberal policies are poisoning the state, says BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales.
“She’s a deranged, liberal, white woman, so she’s handling it about how you would expect,” she sneers.
As one of her first actions after being sworn in, Spanberger signed an executive order rescinding her predecessor Glenn Youngkin’s directive that required state law enforcement, including Virginia State Police and corrections, to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement on immigration enforcement.
“I’ve explained this to you multiple times,” says Sara. “They want the criminals.”
“You had Glenn Youngkin. You could have actually made some progress to not be a total hellhole, and instead, they were like, ‘Nope, nope, nope — we want the law-abiding Americans to not feel safe.”’
On top of that, just days before Spanberger’s swearing-in, Democratic delegates rushed in bills that critics argue will fuel crime and anti-white racism in Virginia.
For example, Delegate Alfonso Lopez (D) introduced a bill (HB912) that will “guarantee illegal alien children free education in Virginia.”
“Come on over. It’s all free,” retorts Sara.
Delegate Sam Rasoul (D) introduced a bill (HB1070) that aims to “prohibit the state from mentioning an accused criminal’s prior conviction to the jury during the guilt phase of the trial.”
“They won’t hold it against them that they’ve just gone on to commit crime after crime after crime after crime” scoffs Sara.
“But wait, there’s more.”
Delegate Rae Cousins (D) introduced a bill (HB863) that removes mandatory minimum prison sentences for many crimes, including rape, manslaughter, assaulting a police officer, possession and distribution of child pornography, and repeat violent felonies.
“You guys think that I’m being hyperbolic. I’m not,” Sara insists. “They want the crime and the criminals to thrive in the state of Virginia.”
But perhaps the worst bill came from Delegate Jeion A. Ward (D), who introduced a bill (HB61) that proposes giving state contracts under $100,000 almost exclusively to businesses owned by women, minorities, or veterans — effectively shutting out white men unless no one else qualifies — and even then allows the state to award the contract to a preferred business if their bid is up to 5% higher than a white male-owned bid.
“Guys, the DOJ needs to sue them like yesterday. … That is blatant discrimination,” says Sara.
“By the way, if you live in Virginia, get the hell out. [Spanberger] is raising taxes on basically everything from retail delivery — so like Amazon, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS, guns and ammo, you name it.”
Virginia, she says, “had something good,” and then it elected a “crazy, liberal, white [woman],” and now “just like that,” it’s been “run into the ground.”

‘Where are all the workers?’ BlazeTV’s Sara Gonzales exposes potential H-1B visa fraud in Texas

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales appears to have uncovered a rash of possible H-1B visa fraud in the Lone Star State.
“If you thought Somalian day-care fraud was a problem, it turns out that’s just the tip of the iceberg,” said Gonzales. “There’s a whole new problem that it turns out is taking tens of thousands of jobs away from Americans and changing our communities forever that you probably haven’t even thought of. I’m talking about H-1B visas.”
The H-1B visa program enables U.S.-based employers to temporarily hire foreign workers into specialized positions that American citizens supposedly can’t do. H-1B specialty occupation workers are generally admitted for a period of up to three years, which can in most cases be extended for another three years.
‘I’m not buying it.’
While the H-1B is a nonimmigrant visa, it paves the way for foreigners to obtain permanent residency in the country.
Lawmakers from both parties have in recent years expressed concerns about H-1B visa fraud and abuse, proposing amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act that would reform or even abolish the program.
Amid chatter online about serial abuse of the program in Texas, Gonzales began scrutinizing H-1B employers operating in her region, two of which didn’t pass the smell test.
One of the two companies, which appears in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ H-1B Employer Datahub as Qubitz Tech Sysystems [sic] LLC, had 12 H-1B beneficiaries approved last year. The company, whose visa job contact is Hari Madiraju, has apparently been hiring “software developers” from abroad for years.
BlazeTV
Gonzales went to the address listed for Qubitz in Frisco, Texas — a four-bedroom house in a residential neighborhood where a man responding to “Hari” answered the door.
In footage of the encounter, Hari appears greatly vexed by Gonzales’ presence and even more so when she asks about Qubitz and its H-1B visa workers.
The moment that Gonzales mentions Qubitz, Hari announces that he is calling the police.
“I would love for the cops to come out here,” says Gonzales.
“Are the workers in here? Are the 12 workers for your company in here? Do they work out of here?”
Hari indicates that the workers are located at his “company.” When Gonzales asks where his company is, Hari appears to tell the 911 operator, “Somebody is knocking on my door and then they are like threatening me. … Please, can you help me?”
Gonzales later paid a visit to the supposed Qubitz office Hari suggested was headquarters for his dozen or more workers only to find a prison-cell-sized room with a single chair and some folding tables.
“Pretty cramped working quarters for 12 H-1B workers,” said Gonzales. “I’m not buying it.”
3Bees Technologies Inc., which is listed as active on the Texas Comptroller website, similarly raised eyebrows.
According to the H-1B Employer Datahub, the company — whose agent, director, and president is Vamsi Krishna Vajinapally — had 27 H-1B beneficiaries approved in 2022 and 19 visa petitions apparently denied the following year.
While the visas approved in 2022 for Vajinapally’s foreign workforce — which at one time supposedly comprised software developers, software quality assurance analysts, and software engineers — are apparently no longer valid, Gonzales was nevertheless surprised to find little evidence the recipients had a legitimate workplace to leave behind.
The BlazeTV host visited the location listed as the company’s address in Irving, Texas. As with Qubitz, she found a house in a residential neighborhood.
After finding no discernible evidence of people working at the location during business hours and receiving passing insight from a neighbor that something shady was afoot on the block, Gonzales traveled to the recently updated Plano address on the 3Bees website.
At that location, Gonzales found a building under construction, devoid of signs of office workers and software development. Gonzales indicated that while the location is currently being transformed into a social club, the location was formerly a WeWork, a remote office space that anyone can rent.
Gonzales indicated that Vajinapally of 3Bees has attempted to hire H-1B workers for another supposed tech business whose alleged Texas-based office is another rentable virtual office in Lewisville.
Qubitz and 3Bees did not respond to Blaze News’ request for comment.
“Once you start scraping data from H-1B databases, you start seeing immediately all of these patterns,” said Gonzales.
“The biggest question I have right now is: If we were able to find this with just a little bit of Google-searching and follow-up, why hasn’t USCIS done anything to combat this?”

BlazeTV host shares 3 personal experiences PROVING the Islamification of America is happening RIGHT NOW

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales has been sounding the alarm on the Islamification of the United States — the deliberate plan to replace traditional American culture, laws, and national identity with Islamic values, cultural practices, and Sharia-influenced demands — but she fears people aren’t taking the threat seriously enough.
On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara shares three personal experiences that make it clear just how far the plan to Islamify America is already underway.
#1: Meta banned Sara’s anti-Sharia ad
Sara is the vice president of Texas Family Project, a conservative advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening the state of Texas by prioritizing parental rights, protecting the innocence of children, and reforming how the state government and its institutions view families.
When TFP recently tried to purchase an ad from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), it was denied.
The ad simply stated: “Sharia has no place in Texas.”
“[Sharia law] is incompatible with this country … the Constitution … the laws in the state of Texas,” says Sara. “That should be something very simple and noncontroversial. We’re not saying ‘get out if you’re brown. Get out if you’re Islamic. Get out if you’re Muslim.”’
Even still, Meta rejected TFP’s ad request with a message stating, “Your ad contains content that is not allowed on Meta’s advertising platforms.”
“You’re not allowed now to say on Facebook, on Meta, that Sharia law has no place in this country, in the state of Texas. That’s how far we’re in with this whole Islam thing,” says Sara.
#2: Dallas suburbs turning into foreign enclaves
“The Texas Muslim population is approximately half a million people. By the way, these are conservative estimates … but just know I believe it’s far larger, far larger,” says Sara.
“I walk around in the DFW suburbs — Plano, Richardson, Irving, Carrollton. I don’t see anyone like me,” she adds.
“I don’t want that to sound like, ‘Oh, if they have a different color skin, they can’t be here.’ No — it’s just like they’re speaking different languages; they’re wearing clothing that we don’t wear here in America.”
On top of these huge cultural differences, Sara’s experience with these foreign-born Texans hasn’t exactly been up to the Lone Star State’s hospitality standards.
“They have no intention of speaking to me or becoming friendly with me. That is very clear,” she says.
#3: Public school sending multi-language ‘holiday’ emails
Sara displays an email about a “holiday party” from a large public school in the DFW metroplex. As you can see in the tweet below, the message is available in multiple languages, including Farsi, Urdu, Arabic, Pashto, and Spanish.
“They couldn’t call it the ‘Christmas party’ … [and] why do we need that many translations for a school newsletter in America?” scoffs Sara.
“How is this Texas? How is this America?”
While the examples above are personal to Sara, her list of ways Texas is rapidly changing under Islamic influence goes on and on. To hear more about the dangers Texans — and Americans at large — face as the country becomes increasingly inhabited by people whose religious doctrine commands them to kill anyone who refuses to convert, watch the full episode above.

Protesters stand with Renee Good by repeating their bizarre ritual from Trump’s 2024 victory

Protests continue to rage across the nation for Renee Good — the 37-year-old woman who was lethally shot by an ICE officer on January 7 after she struck him with her vehicle while intentionally impeding a federal immigration enforcement operation.
Some liberal activists — particularly women — are showing their solidarity with Good and opposition to President Trump and ICE by recycling the stunt they pulled in 2024 following Donald Trump’s presidential victory over Kamala Harris.
Shortly after the election, a trend went viral on social media where women shaved their heads in protest of what they perceived as the beginning of a dictatorship. Now they’re doing the same thing for Renee Good — buzzing all their hair off because that somehow sticks it to the man.
“These people are psychotic,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says.
And they’re also not the smartest. Sara plays a video of one woman participating in the head-shaving trend, dubbed “Shave for Renee,” except her social media caption reads: “We watched Renee Cook get brutally gunned down by ICE.”
“This dumbass is shaving her own head over someone whose name she doesn’t even know,” Sara laughs.
And to the people who are still perpetuating the narrative that Renee Good didn’t hit the ICE officer with her SUV, Sara corrects them: “He was actually struck by the vehicle and suffered internal bleeding to his torso, according to DHS.”
A Fox News article confirms that Jonathan Ross, the ICE officer who shot Good, discovered in the hospital that he had internal bleeding — a stark contrast to Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey’s statement that Ross “walked away with a hip injury that he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips.”
“But please, keep shaving your heads so we know who all the Looney Tunes are. It’s actually a very good indicator,” Sara scoffs.
To see the head-shaving video protesting the death of “Renee Cook” and to hear more of Sara’s scathing commentary, watch the video below.

Comedian infiltrates Dearborn, Michigan — and the stories he returns with are WILD

Last year, comedian Davey Jackson and his team went under cover on a secret mission in Dearborn, Michigan — the largest Muslim-majority city in the nation — to investigate claims of religious extremism, political intimidation, and related issues.
Jackson’s resulting documentary, “I Went UNDERCOVER in Dearborn, MI,” which dropped earlier this week, recaps wild stories of mosque infiltrations with hidden cameras, breaking into a suspected jihadi safe house, and investigating an FBI raid tied to an ISIS-style terror plot.
On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara interviews Jackson about his time probing what has become widely known as Dearbornistan.
One of the first things Jackson noticed when he got to Dearborn was that “people are just really scared to talk about Islam.”
“We were supposed to interview a guy at a church, and one of the church administrative people found out that we were going to be doing this interview, and she was like, ‘Oh, no. You have to leave. You can’t be here.’ And so we got kicked out of a church,” he says.
“Apparently they’re very violent when you call out certain aspects of their religion,” says Sara, pointing out that Nick Shirley, the 23-year-old investigative journalist who exposed the alleged multimillion-dollar fraud schemes in Minneapolis day-care centers by predominantly Muslim Somali immigrants, now relies on security after he was bombarded with “death threats.”
“They’re used to being able to use political and religious intimidation in the countries that they come from,” says Jackson.
And he saw more than just flickers of that in Dearborn. At a city council meeting, he brought up Dearborn resident and Christian pastor Ted Barham, who expressed opposition to the city’s street signs honoring Arab American News publisher Osama Siblani, who has supported groups like Hezbollah and Hamas, and was told by the mayor that he was “not welcome” in the city.
When Jackson questioned city council members about the “fear of retaliation and targeting” people like Barham experience in Dearborn, they threatened to forcibly remove him from the meeting.
The documentary also captures Jackson and his collaborator Gary Faust breaking into what they believe is a safe house for potential jihadist activity. After being tipped off by a local about a suspicious building located next to a mosque, Jackson and Faust secretly entered and explored the property.
“That is almost 100% a meth lab,” says Jackson, as Sara plays footage from inside the building.
“Here’s our best working theory, and this is after talking to a couple different locals and kind of vetting this theory. … I believe that this is a meth lab that is run by a biker gang and that they have a distribution network set up through local Arabs,” he explains, adding that such a “joint operation” is apparently “not terribly uncommon.”
To hear more of Sara and Jackson’s conversation, watch the video above.

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales catches woke radicals spewing nonsense outside AmFest

With America Fest coming to a close just days before Christmas, woke protesters showed no signs of taking a hiatus to celebrate the holiday. BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales went into the fray outside AmFest and came back with some footage of the nonsense the protesters were spewing.
While Gonzales interviewed multiple leftists outside the AmFest venue, one woman stole the show.
‘It’s just signs with really mean words on them and brain-dead individuals holding them, not able to back it up.’
The woman mocked Jesus Christ, shouted about explicit sexual acts with children around, and mocked Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk.
At one point, Gonzales and the protester wearing the “Deport Melania” hat began arguing about whether there were children present, given that the protester was shouting and blasting explicit music.
“Oh, I’m so upset. There’s all these kids. You guys, there’s no kids. There’s no children here — unless you’re talking about the one I haven’t aborted yet! Am I right? Am I right?” she laughed.
The protester demanded that the cameraman pan around, and at least one kid was in the vicinity.
RELATED: Allie Beth Stuckey delivers bold speech at TPUSA AmericaFest: ‘Truth divides’
Concerned by this performance, Gonzales asked the woman several times if she was on drugs.
Gonzales also interviewed a man wearing a mask, sunglasses, bucket hat, and gloves who was carrying an American flag and a megaphone.
However, he refused to speak with Gonzales directly. Rather, to her disgust, he appears to have said, “I really love how Charlie Kirk hasn’t said anything racist in 90 days.”
“Are you happy with Charlie Kirk’s assassination? Cracking jokes? What is a racist thing that Charlie Kirk has said?”
He didn’t have an answer.
“Nothing,” Gonzales said. “Not a thing. These people have nothing. They stand here with their big signs and their big megaphones and they shout these tropes, and then when I ask them to explain themselves, they never can.”
Gonzales also got footage of a man in a giraffe costume singing a rendition of “YMCA” that changed the lyrics to say “f**k ICE,” among other mostly inaudible phrases.
The giraffe suit-wearing man was surrounded by other protesters, some carrying signs that said, for example, “Turning Point + Biggs = White Supremacy,” and “No Christo-Fascist Bulls**t Here.”
“Biggs” appears to refer to Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), a featured AmFest speaker.
Gonzales tried one more time to talk to another person with a megaphone and a sign that said, “Stop the Nazi S**t.” Once again, the protester couldn’t, or wouldn’t, provide an explanation. Instead, she just played what sounded like a police siren to drown out the interviewer.
Over the sound of the siren, Gonzales said, “It’s so crazy. They come here with these signs, and they have nothing to back it up. They don’t know what they mean. They can’t explain them. They can’t define them. It’s just signs with really mean words on them and brain-dead individuals holding them, not able to back it up.”

Trump vows to end TPS for Minnesota Somalis — but with 72% already citizens, is it too late?

Since the 1990s, after Somalia’s central government collapsed and civil war broke out, Somalis have been immigrating to the United States, especially to Minnesota, where the first organized refugee resettlement began. Today the state has the largest population of Somalis in the country by a wide margin.
Given that Somalis are by and large Muslim, many conservatives worry that their growing numbers are contributing to what they call the “Islamification” of the nation — the gradual cultural, political, and demographic takeover by Islamist influences. Somalia-born Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) inflames these fears with what many have labeled a Somalia-first rhetoric and an openly Muslim agenda.
Just a few days ago, President Trump made waves by announcing that he is ending the Temporary Protected Status program that has allowed hundreds of Somalis to stay long-term in the United States, citing claims of “fraudulent money laundering” and “Somali gangs.”
Sara Gonzales, BlazeTV host of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” is thrilled and hopes Trump’s plan goes through.
She does, however, wish it would have happened sooner, as now 72% of Somalis who have immigrated to the United States have since become naturalized citizens.
“We need to completely reform the way that people are allowed to do that so quickly. … You have people like Ilhan Omar who are going through the process … who don’t appreciate anything this country has given them, even though they’ve risen to the level that they’ve risen to, who really don’t want to assimilate at all,” says Sara.
In a recent speech responding to President Trump’s announcement, Omar audaciously declared that Somalis are “the fabric of this nation” and insisted that they “aren’t going anywhere.”
“The audacity to say such a thing when you don’t plan on assimilating,” scoffs Sara. “The streets of Dearborn, Michigan, and certain parts of Minnesota basically look like Tehran. That is not the fabric of our nation.”
“I want you to understand how dangerous this is,” she says, playing a video clip of a Somali police officer from Minnesota saying in his native tongue that Somali officers work for their “own people” (fellow Somalis) and are different from “white officers.”
“How can you be both the fabric of our nation and also claiming we are so separate that only we who come from Somalia can represent you?” asks Sara.
“Both of those things cannot be true at once.”
Further, because these Somali officers have pledged allegiance to the Somali people, we have to ask ourselves, “What law will these police officers enforce?” Sara adds.
Then there is the recent exposé by BlazeTV host and investigative journalist Christopher Rufo that alleges billions in welfare fraud by members of Minnesota’s Somali community, with some stolen funds remitted to Somalia via hawala networks and ultimately supporting the Al-Qaeda-linked terror group Al-Shabaab.
“Somalians were setting up fraudulent autism treatment centers, and they were sending all of these bills, all of these charges, to Medicaid, and then they were reimbursed by taxpayers, and then they funneled that money overseas to terror groups,” says Sara, citing Rufo’s report.
Because these fraudsters are largely naturalized citizens, she says, eliminating TPS for a minority population of Somalis accomplishes “essentially nothing,” she snaps.
“What else are we going to do to get these people the hell out of our country?”
To hear more of Sara’s analysis and commentary, watch the episode above.

‘Burn alive, b***h’: Offender with 72 prior arrests set free by DEI-obsessed judge — then allegedly sets woman on fire

Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies have resulted in yet another attack on an innocent woman. On November 17, 26-year old Bethany MaGee was riding Chicago’s Blue Line L train when 50-year-old Lawrence Reed — a serial offender with 72 prior arrests — allegedly doused her in gasoline and lit her on fire, reportedly shouting, “Burn alive, bitch.”
Although MaGee escaped from the train, she now remains in critical condition, hospitalized in a burn unit with severe injuries covering approximately 60% of her body.
Reed was arrested the following day and charged with a federal terrorism offense.
“So, he could be eligible for the death penalty if convicted, which, like, let’s do that, okay? Let’s just do that,” says BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales, who’s nauseated at the extensive leniency Reed was shown by Chicago’s justice system over decades, despite his staggering criminal record, which includes multiple felony convictions for violent crimes.
Back in August this year, Reed was hit with an aggravated battery charge for assaulting a social worker in a hospital, but Cook County Judge Teresa Molina-Gonzalez overruled prosecutors’ pleas for detention and freed him on electronic monitoring, ignoring the fact that he had a history of felony aggravated arson convictions for setting occupied buildings on fire, plus scores of violent battery and assault cases.
According to court transcripts, Molina-Gonzalez stated, “I can’t keep everybody in jail because the state’s attorney wants me to.”
Further, a resurfaced video clip from a Hispanic Heritage Month interview shows Molina-Gonzalez stating: “You know, being a Latina in the office, people would tell me, like, ‘Don’t you feel like you’re prosecuting your own people?’ But it’s true, there are a lot of defendants that look like me. However, I had a chance as a prosecutor to make a difference as to what cases come in. I had a chance as a prosecutor to decide what offers were appropriate.”
In the same video, Molina-Gonzalez also admits that she “always [offers] them the opportunity to do community service.”
In other words, Sara explains, Judge Molina-Gonzalez isn’t committed to justice; she’s committed to DEI. “The problem is that these law schools are producing people like Kamala Harris and Ketanji Brown Jackson and Fani Willis and this dumbass judge.”
“The fact that [Molina-Gonzalez] was able to go through law school, was able to pass all the tests, was able to get to her position, and still think that it is her place to be offering up what she thinks the offender will like best is insane,” Sara adds.
When blue-city judges prioritize perpetrators above victims, they think they’re exercising restorative justice, but all they’re doing is creating career criminals that wreak havoc on innocent civilians — people like Iryna Zarutska, Logan Federico, and now Bethany MaGee.
Judge Molina-Gonzales, Sara says, is exactly “why President Trump is bringing in the National Guard into these s***hole cities.”
To hear more of Sara’s scathing commentary, watch the episode above.

Democrats release mutiny video, admit it’s baseless, then beg for bodyguards when Trump calls them out

On November 18, six Democrat lawmakers with military or intelligence backgrounds — Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.), Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.), Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-Pa.), Rep. Maggie Goodlander (D-N.H.), and Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.) — released a short online video titled “Don’t Give Up the Ship.”
It urged U.S. service members and intelligence personnel to reject “illegal orders” and reminded them that their oath is to the Constitution, not individual leaders. While refusing unlawful commands is aligned with existing military law, the video claimed that “threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home” and accused the Trump administration of “pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens” but provided no evidence or examples of any illegal order.
In interviews following the video release, Crow and Slotkin even admitted that there’s been no illegal order from President Trump or his administration. On November 20, Crow told CNN’s Kasie Hunt, “To be clear, we are not calling on folks right now to disobey any type of unlawful order.” Slotkin followed suit, admitting to ABC’s Martha Raddatz that the insinuation that the Trump administration was issuing illegal orders was completely baseless.
“To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that are illegal,” she said.
In other words, they created a video encouraging insurrection by insinuating that illegal orders have been issued, when no such thing has happened.
It’s no surprise, then, that a firestorm of criticism ignited, most notably from President Trump himself, who called it “seditious behavior from traitors” that is “punishable by death.”
Even though sedition is indeed punishable by death under current U.S. federal law and President Trump has explicitly clarified that his Truth Social post was not an execution threat, Democrats are using the scandal they created to play the victim.
“Democrats want to be the victims. That’s their entire reason for existence, is how can I be oppressed today? How can I be a victim today?” says Sara Gonzales, BlazeTV host of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) accused President Trump of “calling for the execution of elected officials” and claimed that he “makes political violence more likely.”
“It’s outrageous. No president has ever stooped as low as Donald Trump. None,” he spat.
“What’s outrageous is members of Congress making videos insinuating that there are illegal orders going on, but not willing to put their name to whatever it is that they’re accusing Donald Trump of doing that is illegal,” Sara retorts, calling the video an attempt to “start a coup in the military.”
“And by the way, you know, it’s so cute that now all of a sudden they have a problem with cheering on death. I seem to recall someone who was wearing the exact same shirt that I am wearing who was assassinated, and they didn’t seem to have a problem with the political violence,” she adds, referencing her white Freedom T-shirt – the same T-shirt Charlie Kirk was wearing when he was murdered.
“So excuse me while I don’t take your outrage seriously, Chuck,” she continues.
But Schumer isn’t the only Democrat playing the victim. Following Trump’s Truth Social posts, several Democrats, especially the ones featured in the “Don’t Give Up the Ship” video, contacted Capitol Police and received increased or 24/7 security protection.
