The REAL solution to the housing crisis nobody’s talking about

The American dream is slipping away for many young Americans, as life becomes increasingly unaffordable — especially home ownership. Soaring home prices and interest rates and a housing shortage bar younger generations of people from purchasing a house. Today, the average age of a first-time home buyer is 40 years old.
Many ideas are being tossed around regarding how to bring home ownership back into the realm of possibility for young families — most notably President Trump’s polarizing 50-year mortgage proposal.
But Sara Gonzales, BlazeTV host of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” says we’re ignoring a simple solution: eliminate property taxes.
Right now in the state of Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis (R) is aggressively pushing for the elimination of property taxes, condemning them as “rent to the government.”
Abolishing property taxes, says Sara, is a “standard conservative position.” “You should not have to buy a home and then spend 20, 30, 50 years paying off that home, and yet you still never truly own your home because you would still pay rent to the government,” she says.
And yet there are conservatives who oppose the elimination of property taxes, claiming it encourages older homeowners to hoard inventory.
“So you’re basically saying … we should what? Kick all the oldies out of the homes that they’ve paid for so that young people can buy them up? Like, I’m sorry, are we conservatives or are we not?” asks Sara.
Further, senior tax caps allow older homeowners to pay significantly less in property taxes than younger homeowners, meaning Boomers are already incentivized to not sell. But if we were to enforce higher taxes on our senior population, as some conservatives suggest, we’re now guilty, Sara argues, of the same thing we criticize socialists for — taxing the rich.
Another pro-property-tax argument is that the tax accounts for significant funding for education. But public schools, says Sara, aren’t something most true conservatives want to fund anyway because “they’re indoctrinating your children.”
If we really want to make sure the essentials, like police and fire services, are well funded, we should first look at eliminating all waste, fraud, and abuse. If it’s out of control at the federal level, then it’s almost certainly out of control at the local level, says Sara.
All in all, eliminating the property tax benefits everyone, says Sara. Not only will it prevent people from being forced to pay lifetime rent to the government, but when older homeowners eventually do die, younger families have a better chance of affording those vacant homes because they’re not inheriting enormous property taxes.
“Take this into consideration,” says Sara.
“Say you have parents who are wealthy because they’ve worked hard and they own a lot of land … that they would like to give to you when they die. Consider you will not even be able to keep your parents’ property or home with the astronomical property taxes that you will owe at the end of every year on land and a home that they already paid for.”
“If you’re young and you ever want to own a home, you should recognize that [property taxes are] a problem for everyone. So let’s solve the problem for everyone.”

Legal immigrants, illegal ambitions: Muslims are playing the long game in Texas, Sara Gonzales warns

Some immigrants come to the United States eager to adopt the American way. They assimilate into our culture, take pride in their citizenship, and contribute to society. Others, however, come with the exact opposite set of intentions. They infiltrate our nation planning to overthrow it.
In no other population is this more obvious than in Muslim migrants. Even though most enter and reside in the U.S. legally, keep low profiles, and work and raise families, they pose perhaps an even greater threat than non-Muslim illegal immigrants.
Sara Gonzales, BlazeTV host of “Come and Take It,” warns that this Muslim takeover is “a quiet infiltration.”
“This is a long game that Islam is playing,” she says.
The recent election of Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani as New York City’s next mayor is one result of this silent coup.
“Look at the amount of foreign-born nationals … who voted for him specifically,” Sara says. “By the way, I’m not even talking about any sort of potential illegal alien voter fraud. I’m talking about the people who came here legally, who quietly became naturalized citizens, and now they are voting for a Muslim communist for mayor.”
Their support for Mamdani, she argues, is evidence that “they don’t want to assimilate. … They don’t want to share your values. … They didn’t come here for the American way of life. They came here to take over.”
While the Big Apple’s fate was newsworthy, there are silent pockets of Islamic takeover sprouting up all over our country — perhaps most dangerously in Sara’s home state of Texas.
“If you think that this is isolated to New York City, you are sorely mistaken,” Sara says.
Across the country, but especially in Texas, Muslims are “saying the quiet part out loud.”
“They are very, very clear: They are coming to take over; they are coming to out populate us; and they are coming to conquer the West,” she says.
Take Sheikh Uthman ibn Farooq as an example. A Pakistan-born U.S. citizen who currently resides in Texas, Farooq regularly pushes extremist views. Sara plays several disturbing clips of him saying things that should get him banned from the country, like he’s already been banned in the U.K.
“Islam will enter every house — every house. Don’t worry about the Islamophobes. They can yap all they want. Their children will be Muslim,” he spat in one video.
In another clip, he lauded Islam for its barbaric punishments. “You believe in that Islam that be chopping off hands? Yeah, I do. I think it’s better than what you believe in,” he said.
A third clip shows Farooq vowing to fight any and all enemies of Islam: “You could be from my enemy tribe. You could be from somebody I hate. But if you’re a Mu’min, if you’re a Muslim, you are my brother. You are beloved to me. You could be my own father. If you fight Islam, I will fight you. This is the way a Muslim has to be.”
Sara also plays a video of Palestinian-American Nihad Awad — the current national executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Just last year, he made the following bone-chilling statement at the East Plano Islamic Center in Plano, Texas: “Five years from now, we will have 4,000 journalists, 4,000 filmmakers, 4,000 lawyers, 4,000 political scientists and analysts, and 4,000 students of history that can be teachers of history. In 12 years, if we are consistent, the Muslim community will have 50,000 of each. In the year 2050, imagine the Muslim community will have 100,000 of each. Then we will tell our own story.”
EPIC, Sara reminds, is the same organization trying to build a Muslim city in Texas, complete with residential units, a mosque, K-12 faith-based school, community college, retail shops, parks, and recreational areas.
But the Muslim infiltration of the Lone Star State goes even deeper. Houston is now the home of the nation’s first Ismaili Center — a Muslim cultural embassy advancing the global influence of the Aga Khan, the billionaire imam of 15 million Ismaili Shia Muslims.
“[Texans] are looking at New York City, and they’re like, ‘You guys are screwed,’” Sara says. “Are you joking? We need to be looking in our own backyard because it is still happening right here.”

Sara Gonzales goes SCORCHED-EARTH on Texas reporter pushing trans ideology on kids

Texas’ Senate Bill 12 is a no-brainer. Dubbed the “Parents’ Bill of Rights,” the law has four simple principles for public schools:
1. No DEI training: Schools can’t assign DEI duties or allow race-/gender-based training. Critical race theory ideas about racial superiority or guilt are banned.
2. No sex education without parental consent: Schools cannot provide any instruction on human sexuality, including topics like sexual health or reproduction, without explicit written parental consent.
3. No social transitioning help: Staff can’t help students change names, pronouns, or appearance to match a different gender without parents knowing.
4. No gender-/sex-focused clubs: Clubs focused on sexual orientation or gender identity are banned from recognition, funding, and use of school facilities.
Sara Gonzales — BlazeTV host of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” and the vice president of Texas Family Project, a nonprofit organization aiming to protect children from radical ideology — says SB 12 is “a very reasonable law … to anyone who isn’t a total creep.”
And yet, there are people who are adamant on fighting SB 12. One of those people is Texas Tribune reporter Lindsey Byman, who posted this on Wednesday:
As a parent of two Texas schoolchildren, Sara was much obliged to answer Lindsey’s question. In a lengthy, scathing email, Sara told the Texas Tribune journalist exactly how SB 12 has impacted Texans.
Lindsey,
My name is Sara Gonzales, and I have two school-aged boys in Texas. I am also the vice president of Texas Family Project, a nonprofit organization here in the state that has advocated for SB 12 — and much more — to shield innocent children from the predatory claws of radical ideologues.
You asked to hear how the “new policies limiting the discussion/expression of trans identities at public TX K-12 schools” have affected Texans. As you likely already know — or should if you weren’t so blinded by your obvious agenda — this policy simply protects children from being socially transitioned at school, in secret, without their parents’ knowledge. It also prevents teachers from otherwise having conversations with minor children related to their sexual preferences. Any adult who is not a morally bankrupt, mentally ill degenerate would cheer this as a reasonable measure to protect children from harm.
To be clear, I am absolutely thrilled that public school teachers can no longer sexually indoctrinate children without accountability or consequence. It warms my heart to think that these vile perverts who have been radically indoctrinating Texas children into a cult that makes them more prone to depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation could finally be fired. In a just world, their entire lives would be turned upside down as a result of their ghoulish behavior, and their nightmares would be endless. In fact, I’ll sleep like a baby tonight just thinking about these predators plagued with real-world consequences of sexually indoctrinating and exploiting children.
Texans are united on this: Our hard-earned tax dollars should fund education, not indoctrination peddled by leftist lunatics. History will brand you and the pathetic left-wing propaganda mill you shill for as the villains you are — enemies of children, truth, and decency. Let’s be honest: Your company is circling the drain. It won’t survive much longer; after all, who in their right mind would continue funding a steaming pile of garbage? Tick-tock, Lindsey. Your irrelevance is calling. You can quote me in full.
Yours in unyielding contempt,
Sara Gonzales
Surprisingly, Lindsey was quick to reply. To see her response, watch the episode above.
