Chip Roy: Why it’s time to pause LEGAL immigration

Illegal immigration has long been a contentious issue, but Rep. Chip Roy believes those who are very against illegal immigration aren’t going far enough. Rather he believes that we need to go after legal immigration as well.
“We’ve now got a situation where we have millions of people in our country that are not seeking to assimilate, not seeking to be the quote ‘melting pot,’ but rather are trying to kind of re-establish their cultures from other countries here rather than becoming fully American,” Roy tells Glenn.
“To put it in perspective, we have 51 and a half million foreign-born people here in the United States. The vast majority of whom did not come here illegally, right? But legally. But they’ve kind of been abusing the process in the system because we’ve got this broad use of H-1B visas. We’ve got these things called diversity visas,” he explains.
“We have chain migration where you’ve got everybody’s cousin, uncle, aunt, whatever, and they’re just growing the population here. And this is now unlike it was a century ago … and at that point, we didn’t have a welfare state. We had schools that were teaching that America was great,” he continues.
And to Roy’s point, despite how well everything was going, America still “flatlined” immigration.
“And I think our country was stronger for it. Today it’s worse because we’ve got so many people coming here who are not assimilating. We have schools that are not teaching people that America’s great, and we certainly are continuing to have a welfare state now that is causing a big problem,” he tells Glenn.
That’s where Roy’s Pause Act comes in.
“We should pause legal immigration until we fix a lot of things. Fix diversity visas, fix chain migration, fix H-1B,” Roy says.
“Until you fix all those things … then we’re going to lose our country. We’re going to lose our culture,” he adds.

Dan Bongino’s FBI exit fuels questions as marriage strain takes center stage

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced that he’s stepping down from the FBI, and the rumor mill is now swirling as to why he decided he was no longer right for the job.
“When I woke up this morning, I saw a Daily Mail article that said, ‘Dan Bongino set to quit the Trump administration after FBI job put strain on his marriage,’” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales recalls, “and that was the only thing. It was, like, it was just a rumor, right?”
“It also said Bongino’s reported intention to step down just comes two days before the deadline to release the Epstein files on Friday, which I found interesting. But we did know, I mean, there were some signs of this,” she continues.
In an interview on “Fox and Friends” months ago, Bongino did mention that he was struggling with the distance his new job put between him and his wife.
“I gave up everything for this. I mean, you know, my wife is struggling, and I’m not a victim. I’m not Jim Comey, it’s fine. I did this, and I’m proud I did it. But if you think we’re there for tea and crumpets …” Bongino said.
“I stare at these four walls all day in D.C., you know, by myself, divorced from my wife. Not divorced, but I mean, separated, divorced. And it’s hard. I mean, you know, we love each other, and it’s hard to be apart,” he added.
President Trump echoed this sentiment when he commented on Bongino’s departure, saying, “Dan did a great job. I think he wants to go back to his show.”
“I think he wants to go back to podcasting,” Gonzales repeats. “I am rendered speechless. One of the only moments in my life.”
“He’s done so much for the country,” she says. “And, by the way, I appreciate the sacrifice that he mentioned, but it’s like, yeah, we know. Can you stop complaining? Do your job.”
“This is my take on it,” BlazeTV contributor Matthew Marsden chimes in. “Dan is a patriot. We all knew when he gave up his show that he was sacrificing millions of dollars for the country.”
“It’s not like he’s someone that came out of something completely different to go into the FBI. He knows the job. He knows the job. So, he knew what the strain would be on his marriage. And I’m not saying that it’s not having a strain on his marriage, but what I will say is, those difficulties are worth it if you are seeing a change and if you are seeing results,” he continues.
Gonzales points out that through his social media posts, Bongino often alluded to uncovering major details regarding the Epstein case — which she believes may have led to him being frustrated that he couldn’t share them later.
“He’s leaving all of these nuggets to make it sound like, ‘Oh, we are uncovering all sorts of crazy things. I can’t wait to share it with you.’ And then we never quite got the other part of that, right? We never were told really what it is,” Gonzales says. “And so, you have to wonder, like, okay, he must be very frustrated.”

Jason Whitlock rips Shedeur Sanders as lacking leadership

The name Shedeur Sanders name may be on the tip of every football fanatic’s tongue, but BlazeTV host Jason Whitlock isn’t impressed with the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback.
According to Whitlock, Sanders is simply a “fifth-round pick who doesn’t have the strongest arm” and has “the worst leadership skills I’ve ever seen in professional sports.”
“The things that they’re avoiding about Shedeur — his inability to read a defense, his inability to process what’s going on on the field as quickly as quarterbacks need to. This is obvious. He held the ball in college because he can’t process quickly,” Whitlock says, pointing out that it’s painful to listen to him answer questions that he “clearly doesn’t comprehend.”
“Some reporter tried to throw him a softball of, ‘Hey, what do you think of Stefanski and how aggressive he was? Do you like that as a quarterback and as a member of the team?’ And the reporter is trying to get Shedeur to say, ‘Yes, I like that Stefanski believes in me and us and this offense and that we can be super aggressive. I like that,’” he explains.
“That’s all the reporter was trying to get Shedeur to say. Shedeur heard it as the reporter trying to bait him into attacking Stefanski,” he adds.
“I mean, first, that’s a rude question to ask,” Sanders replied to the reporter while taking questions.
When the reporter pressed him further and said, “Do you like the aggression, do you like the call?” Sanders responded firmly, “I like being out there playing.”
“We not going to be here and ever point fingers at no coach or do anything like that. You know, that’s extremely disrespectful and that’s not even in my place. So I’m thankful for being out there, honestly, and I’m thankful that he trusts us as a offense to be able to go out there and be able to execute,” Sanders continued.
“Did we execute? No, we didn’t. But, you know, I’m just thankful that we have that trust,” he added.
“‘I’m never going to point a finger,’” Whitlock mocks. “The man’s not asking you to point fingers. He’s so defensive, so unsure of himself.”
“Remember,” he says, “money is supposed to fix all this.”
“Oh, if they just had access to money, all the education rates and everything would go through the roof. No. If you’re not instilled with the right values, if your father thinks that, ‘Hey, my swagger and my arrogance and my gold chains and my braggadocio,’ if that’s what he’s preaching and demonstrating in the home … that’s how you end up with a kid that grew up in a 30,000-square-foot mansion … who can’t process,” he continues.
“And everybody is blaming Kevin Stefanski, that ‘Oh, he’s got it in for Shedeur.’ He doesn’t know how to communicate with Shedeur, because Shedeur doesn’t know how to communicate properly,” he adds.

‘Culture of death’ comes to Illinois with new MAID program: Glenn Beck exposes the TRUTH

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has signed a bill legalizing “medical assistance in dying” for terminally ill adults with a prognosis of six months to live or less — making Illinois the 12th U.S. state to allow assisted suicide.
The legislation was narrowly approved by the Illinois Senate in October after the Illinois House passed it in May.
“First, do no harm,” Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck comments. “I’m having a hard time with that. Doctors, maybe you can tell me how you get around this. First, do no harm. That is a very important concept that our doctors are to buy in to and that we all believe.”
“This is the 12th state in the country that is allowing assisted suicide. And there are about 25 others that are standing in line for it. What a surprise: Illinois is the first of this batch of them coming in to say, ‘I want to kill people.’ It is a culture of death, and that’s what we are battling,” he says.
“When you look at what people are saying about global warming, what is the solution? Fewer people. How do you do that? Well, culture of death takes care of that, right? When you look at, you know, just about anything now — health care, abortion: culture of death. Islam: culture of death. Marxism, honestly, it is a culture of death,” he continues.
However, supporters of this culture of death like Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) argue for it as a humane option — and a rare one.
“Western world, you’re being played. This is not compassion. I’m going to be real clear with you. This is preparation for when the system can no longer afford to fulfill its promises. That’s what this is. … They are preparing you so you look at this as compassion,” Glenn explains.
“And so when it gets worse and worse up until the very end, you don’t recognize it. I mean, they’re beginning to, a little bit in Canada, to see what’s coming their way. And why is it happening? Because they can no longer afford socialized medicine,” he says.
“Can America afford to fulfill its promises that it’s made for generations on all of this socialized everything? No,” he states.

THIS is what happens when you disarm your citizenry

After two Islamic terrorists attacked a Hanukkah festival at Bondi Beach in Australia — where 15 lives were taken — BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is pointing out what should have been obvious to those championing Australia’s gun laws before.
That when you disarm the citizenry, only the criminals will jump through the hoops required to own weapons.
“How did the terrorists end up being the ones to get the guns? It’s extremely hard. There are very few ways that you can get it. In fact, semi-automatic rifles and handguns, semi-automatic handguns, are extremely regulated in Australia. High-capacity shotguns are extremely regulated in Australia. You can get a bolt-action rifle … but you have to have a reason to own any gun,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales explains.
“You have to get the permission slip signed. You have to specify a reason. The reason isn’t, ‘Because I f**king want one,’ like it is here in America,” she continues.
The permissible reasons to own a weapon under the rule of the Australian government include sport and target shooting, recreational hunting and vermin control, vertebrate pest animal control, business or employment, rural occupation, animal welfare, and firearms collection.
“By the way, lacking from that list: self-defense,” Gonzales comments.
“If someone comes up and tries to cause harm to my family, I want to be able to shoot them dead. By the way, I’m aiming to kill,” she adds.
While no one around the two attackers appeared to have any weapons, the father of the father-son terrorist duo owned six weapons.
“All six firearms were at the scene. It turns out, when you make it very difficult for law-abiding citizens to get guns, do you know what happens?” Gonzales asks. “It’s just the bad guys who end up going through the long and difficult process in order to obtain them. And that’s how you end up with the bloodbath that you ended up with in Australia.”

Left’s praise of Australian gun laws age poorly after tragic massacre

Over the weekend, an armed father and son duo are accused of carrying out a devastating Hanukkah massacre motivated by Islamic State ideology on Bondi Beach in Australia.
For the most part, Americans have had a united response, as even the New York Times published an opinion piece titled “Bondi Beach Is What ‘Globalize the Intifada’ Looks Like” — though the response from their usual readership was not ideal.
“Only the @nytimes would print a headline this twisted. Bondi Beach has nothing to do with the Palestinian struggle, and to say it does is journalistic malpractice,” Linda Mamoun wrote in a post on X.
“Well, first of all, it’s an opinion piece,” Burguiere comments. “But secondly, in addition to that little minor fact, would be that it has everything to do with it. The Palestinian struggle around the world is associated very closely with the movement of globalizing the intifada, which means removing Jews and killing Jews all over the place. That’s what it means,” he explains.
Others, of course, are looking at the attack as an opening for them to discuss gun control — but there are no longer any guns to control in Australia.
In a clip of Hillary Clinton from 2015, she praises Australia’s move to ban automatic weapons.
“The Australian government, as part of trying to clamp down on the availability of automatic weapons, offered a good price for buying hundreds of thousands of guns. And then they basically clamped down, going forward, in terms of having, you know, more of a background-check approach, more of a permitting approach,” Clinton explained.
“That’s not what that was,” Burguiere interjects, before letting Clinton finish.
“But they believed, and I think the evidence supports them, that by offering to buy back those guns, they were able to, you know, curtail the supply and to set a different standard for gun purchases in the future. I don’t know enough details to how we would do it or how it would work, but certainly the Australian example is worth looking at,” she added.
“She has no idea what she’s talking about,” Burguiere comments.
Obama has echoed Clinton’s sentiment, saying in a 2023 interview on CBS News that Australia had “one mass shooting 50 years ago and they said, ‘Nope, we’re not doing that anymore.’”
“That is normally how you would expect a society to respond,” he added.
“No, it isn’t,” Burguiere comments. “Are you even hearing yourself? First of all, it wasn’t 50 years ago, it was 30 years ago. But beyond that, are you even listening to the words coming out of your mouth? You think the big demonstration of how we should affect legally our entire country, how we should go and do these things is to say, ‘Well, one thing happened, therefore, we should pass massive legislation.’”
“It’s like making major life decisions about your marriage when you have a fight and you’re hammered afterward. It’s not a good idea,” he adds.

PREDICTION: Ilhan Omar will be deported in 2026

BlazeTV host Liz Wheeler has an interesting prediction for 2026 — and it’s one that most people on the right would be happy to see come true.
“My biggest prediction for 2026 is that a member of the U.S. Congress will be denaturalized, removed from her seat in Congress, and deported from the United States of America,” Wheeler says. “And it’s no secret to whom I am referring.”
She is referring to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), who is facing intense scrutiny after an article from the Daily Mail revealed what Wheeler calls “pretty airtight evidence” that Ilhan Omar married her brother.
“Ilhan Omar’s first husband, she married here in the United States only in a religious ceremony. She married a Muslim man named Hirsi. They were married by a Muslim cleric in an Islamic ceremony, but they never married civilly. So their marriage was never recognized by the United States government,” Wheeler explains.
“Ilhan Omar was married to Hirsi for many years. But then suddenly, she, in a civil ceremony, was married to a different man. She married a man named Elmi, the man who is accused of being her brother,” she says.
The marriage secured Elmi residence in the United States, though he later left for the United Kingdom.
“That’s not even the primary reason that Ilhan Omar should face denaturalization. The primary reason is her status as a naturalized citizen was, according to some very credible reports, based on a lie,” Wheeler says.
“Ilhan Omar’s father claimed that he was fleeing Somalia because the communist Marxist regime at the time was after him. But sources tell journalist Ashley Rindsberg that Ilhan Omar’s father was actually a member of that violent communist Marxist regime. He worked in propaganda, and he was fleeing because the government was being toppled by the people and he was afraid for his life,” she explains.
“Well, eventually Ilhan Omar’s father claimed asylum here in the United States, and Ilhan Omar because a naturalized American citizen, but if it was based on a lie, then her citizenship ought to be revoked,” she continues.
And it’s not just Wheeler’s wish that Omar be denaturalized and deported, but border czar Tom Homan has confirmed that she is under investigation for immigration fraud.
“He’s looking; he’s ‘running it down this week,’ he says. Make it come true, Mr. Homan,” Wheeler jokes, adding, “Make my 2026 prediction come true.”

Islamic takeover: America’s growing problem with political Islam

Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck is tired of hearing the term “radical Islam” — as he doesn’t believe it accurately describes the threat we’re facing.
“This is a political philosophy. Political Islam. It’s not radical. It’s just a political philosophy. And that political philosophy, just like communism, wants to dominate the world,” Glenn explains on “The Glenn Beck Program.”
“Unlike communism, political Islam is so incredibly arrogant,” he says. “It’s inevitable to them. Why? Birth rates … and they think we’re stupid,” he continues.
In an interview on the “Righteous & Rich” podcast, one Muslim explains how the religious group is building an Islamic community in Texas — and what he says only proves Glenn right.
“You cannot make it exclusive, like, non-Muslim is not allowed. … What we’re doing, there’s something called association fee. I don’t know what it’s called in Dubai, like your maintenance fee that you pay yearly,” the man explains.
“The service fee to cut the grass, to remove the snow, and whatnot. So that service fee — we’ll put there, 75% of the service fee you’re paying goes to the masjid. Automatically, if you are a practicing Christian, I would advise you, why help the Muslims?” he continues.
“So, this is the way they manipulate the Kafirs,” Glenn explains. “The Kafirs are you, the non-Muslim people, the infidels. … That’s how they make it an exclusive Muslim community.”
However, this isn’t surprising, because Islam teaches that Muslims can lie to “infidels.”
“You can lie,” Glenn says, “if it helps Islam.”

Newborn vaccine pressure: Hospital tried to intimidate her, but she declined

A CDC advisory panel has opted to end the recommendation that all babies in the United States get a hepatitis B vaccine immediately after birth — and the change has BlazeTV host Liz Wheeler recalling her treatment at the hospital when she denied the vaccine for her newborn.
“I will never, ever forget on the day of my oldest daughter’s birth. I’m in the hospital room. I declined the hepatitis B vaccine for her, and … after I declined the vaccine, they send a perinatologist into my room,” she says.
A perinatologist, Wheeler explains, is “an ob-gyn with two or three additional years of training for high-risk pregnancies.”
“They send a perinatologist to my room that tells me how important it is for me to give my daughter this vaccine. And I say to her, ‘Why? I don’t have hep B.’ And this doctors hems and haws and hems and haws,” she says.
“And finally she says to me, ‘Well, when you drive home from the hospital tomorrow after you’re discharged, you might get in a car accident on your drive home, and your newborn baby might need a blood transfusion, and that blood might be contaminated with hepatitis B,’” she continues.
“I kid you not. Word for word what this perinatologist says to me on the day of my daughter’s birth,” she adds.
Wheeler did not listen to the “expert,” but instead remembers what she said as a “ridiculous, manipulative, unscientific” ploy to coerce her into vaccinating her newborn baby.
“It does, of course, show that the so-called experts and the so-called science are corrupted. They are, as they have been for a long time, they are bought and paid for by Big Pharma, who seeks to profiteer by exploiting your vulnerable children and you in moments of vulnerability,” Wheeler says.
However, she doesn’t see the change as a major win for those skeptical of the vaccine.
“They actually did not do away with it. They’re simply recommending that it be delayed by two months. So, instead of a 1-day-old baby getting this vaccine, they’re now recommending that parents make this decision at the two-month mark for their baby,” she explains, pointing out how ridiculous this still is.
“They’re not engaging in promiscuous sexual activity with prostitutes or using intravenous drugs,” she says, adding, “which is how hepatitis B is passed.”

The New York Times’ ‘trillionaire’ lie: The left is now outraged over pure fiction

The left is yet again up in arms about a non-issue, this time regarding the amount of trillionaires in America. Because what they don’t appear to know is that there are no trillionaires in America.
“We did it. They’ve been eradicated. There are no American trillionaires. We did it everybody. Yay. I guess that’s a goal we all have now. In case you didn’t know,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says on “Stu Does America.” “A lot of people on the left apparently don’t.”
And sadly, the New York Times has landed on the list of those who don’t know this, as a recent article is titled, “Musk Wins $1 Trillion Pay Package, Creating Split Screen on Wealth in America.”
“Again, no it doesn’t,” Burguiere comments.
“At Tesla, based in the Austin, Texas, area, shareholders have largely bought into a winner-takes-all version of capitalism, agreeing by a wide margin to give Mr. Musk shares worth almost a trillion dollars if the company under his management achieves ambitious financial and operational goals over the next decade,” the article reads.
“Now, the terms I would like you to look at in that particular quote are ‘shareholders.’ So, the people whose money is going to be paid to Elon Musk have bought in. So, why would they buy into a winner-takes-all philosophy of capitalism? Because that would bankrupt them, right?” Burguiere asks.
“Elon wins, they get nothing, right? Let’s think about it a little bit. Could it possibly be that they actually win too? Could it possibly be that they think that if Elon Musk becomes a trillionaire, they’re doing pretty darn well for themselves as well? Could it possibly be that the New York freaking Times, located in the financial capital of the world, have no idea what they’re talking about?” he continues.
“And you might say, ‘Well, yeah, that is what it means, Stu.’ No, it doesn’t. It means they’re lying. They know exactly what’s going on here. They know why they’re framing it this way. And they’re doing it completely intentionally,” he adds.
The article goes on to discuss mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s New York victory as a “reminder of the frustrations many Americans have with an economic system that has left them struggling to afford basics like food, housing, and child care.”
“I assure you, Elon Musk having a trillion dollars, which I will note he does not have, but if he did have it, that money would not have anything to do with someone in New York feeding themselves. It’s literally got nothing to do with them starving on the streets,” Burguiere says.
“It’s got nothing to do with Elon Musk. He’s not doing this to people,” he adds.
