Exposed H-1B firm may have ‘accidentally admitted’ to fraud

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is doubling down on her investigation into alleged H-1B visa fraud — especially after the response she received.
“The community that we have angered, they’re really not happy. And we keep hearing the claim that we’ve invaded someone’s privacy, ‘You’re doxxing people,’” she explains. “No, actually we’re not. The information that we’re providing is newsworthy and serves the public interest and has to be exposed for what it is.”
“How else can you expose the fraud and the corruption and the scams if you can’t put it in front of people and show them,” she continues.
And 3Bees Technologies — one of the companies she discovered to be operating out of an empty office space where no employees were to be found — updated its website to attempt to combat what Gonzales exposed.
“They’ve made quite certain to just make everyone know, ‘3Bees Technologies is an IT consulting company, and all the employees in 3Bees Technologies work at client site address, and no one works from 3Bees office address as we are a IT consulting company,’” Gonzales says, reading from its updated website.
“How’s that for broken English?” she asks.
“But also you may have just accidentally admitted to committing fraud because it’s against the law to not properly disclose where your workers are to the government. They have to know. USCIS says, ‘Employers must file amended H-1B petitions when a new Labor Condition Application for Nonimmigrant Workers (LCA) is required due to a change in the H-1B worker’s worksite location.’”
“So if you’re saying that your employees are working off-site and you have not actually amended their LCAS, you are committing fraud. You are breaking the law. Thank you 3Bees. We will definitely intend to use that against you when we deliver all of this to the authorities,” Gonzales continues.
Gonzales also points out that if all their employees are working remotely, there’s no point in them living in America in the first place.
“I would just like to point out if you’re just an IT consulting firm and all you do is consult, you’re just a firm that consults, you don’t need a workplace. Why the hell are we bringing these people into this country anyway?” she asks.
“They can just stay in India. They can just hop on a Zoom call. They can just hop on the phone,” she adds.

Was the Minnesota AG’s entire career a long con to funnel money to Somalia?

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is sounding the alarm on Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D), claiming his political career has been a decades-long scheme to facilitate financial transfers to Somalia.
“It feels a whole lot like Keith Ellison may have been pulling off a long con. I mean, decades long, just to facilitate Somalian fraud. Like it seems like this has been his goal for a very long time,” Gonzales says, pointing out that before he was AG, he served in Congress from 2007 to 2019.
“You would expect that in 12 years serving in Congress, there would be a lot to show for it, right? Like he will have had a bunch of bills that he sponsored that passed … I mean he did turn into the Minnesota AG so like obviously he was successful,” she continues.
“Except, it turns out, there’s only one single solitary bill that he sponsored that ended up becoming law. Just this one,” she says.
The bill is titled Money Remittances Improvement Act of 2014.
“It made it easier for nonbank financial institutions like money-service businesses to provide remittance payments internationally, which of course, you know, is sending American money to foreigners across the world,” Gonzales explains.
And in an interview with the Mogadishu Times, Ellison explained that the primary goal is to keep “the discussion focused on how we can keep money flowing to Somalia.”
“Quite simply, one of the banks that helps to facilitate remittances from the United States to Somalia has now become worried about the degree of risk … they’re worried that they could end up being prosecuted on a criminal basis,” Ellison continued.
“It’s actually so incredible that all of this was out there. All the breadcrumbs were there this entire time. This has actually been in operation for a very long time for Keith Ellison,” Gonzales comments, shocked.
Ellison has also publicly claimed that sending money to Somalia is mutually beneficial for U.S. taxpayers.
“Please give me receipts on how it’s mutually beneficial. This is a third-world country with people who are inbred … so I don’t understand,” Gonzales says.
“On a serious note, lock him up. We need accountability for all of this corruption that has been happening for decades completely unchecked,” she adds.

Trump ‘needs to be honest’: Tariffs, the court, and a housing market built on lies

The Supreme Court’s latest delay in its tariff case is fueling speculation that justices are trying to craft a behind-the-scenes compromise to avoid market shock — even if it means quietly curbing presidential trade authority.
But Daniel Horowitz explains that the tariff ruling may be less important than the remedy itself, especially as another crisis tightens its grip on Americans: a frozen, inflated housing market that government policy continues to prop up instead of letting it reset.
“I think what they’re trying to do is two things. … One is, they want to do it with as little disruption as possible. So they’re trying to think how that remedy works. And number two, I think particularly maybe for Thomas and Alito, they’re trying to figure out how not to get involved in a political question,” Horowitz tells BlazeTV host Steve Deace on the “Steve Deace Show.”
“And that’s really where I am. As you well know, I don’t believe the court should ever be the arbiter of a fundamental political disagreement. If it’s a problem, Congress should oppose and deal with it,” he continues.
Trump has also announced his plan to go after residential homes being bought up by global corporations like BlackRock, which sounds great to everyday Americans, but Horowitz believes the solution is even simpler.
“It was announced, no more, you know, BlackRock owning of homes, residential, you know, mass production of, or acquisition, I should say, of residential homes, things of that nature,” Deace says.
“This is a primary thing that the young male demographic that voted our way in the last election cares about. It’s a primary driver of the current situation in the economy. Not to mention the fact it’s the greatest source for individual liquidation that exists right now to the average American,” he continues.
“We’re sitting on all this liquid that could go back into the economy if we can get the housing market moving. What should they be doing, do you think?” Deace asks.
“Very simple. Let the bubble pop. And I know it sounds very simplistic, but it’s something that they refuse to do, and everything that they’re proposing will further fuel it. Corporate ownership is a symptom of the problem, not the problem,” Horowitz responds.
“The president needs to be honest with people. The biggest problem with the president economically is he doesn’t understand the mutual exclusivity of things. So, he wants insurance to cover everything, but he wants premiums to go down, right? He wants the welfare state, but he doesn’t want inflation. He wants seniors to have a checking account in the form of fake housing on unrealized gains, but he wants young people to be able to afford them,” he continues.
“If you want to actually get the economy back to what we all said we did, which is a broad-based income economy rather than an asset bubble, you’ve got to pull the plugs on all the things doing this. And it’s the exact opposite of what the president is saying,” he adds.

Sexual assault by men in women’s prisons: ‘Cruel and unusual punishment’

Civil rights attorney Harmeet Dhillon is sounding the alarm on human rights abuses that the left pretends aren’t happening — including the assaults on female inmates in prison by men pretending to be women.
“Mass. women’s prison ‘a haven for sexual predators who pretend to be transgender,’” reads the title of an article in the Christian Post. In the article, women who claim to have been raped by men in a Massachusetts prison are also reporting being punished for speaking out about it.
“I saw the news story about Massachusetts, and we’ve opened up a federal civil rights investigation into that fact pattern. We have an active civil rights investigation under our prison reform laws into Colorado for prisoner conditions ranging from transgender violence to abuse of the elderly prisoners and heating and cooling conditions and others,” Dhillon tells BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey.
“There’s some horrific stories out there. And like, look, it’s my perhaps bleeding-heart view that no one should be raped in an American prison. Male or female. You are serving your time for a crime you committed that should not include unreasonable violations of cruel and unusual punishment, which certainly would include being violently assaulted or raped,” she says.
“Or being forced to share an intimate space with a man. That is cruel and unusual,” Stuckey chimes in.
“I’m very concerned about the transgender issue in prisons, and you know, you’ve got a lot of people, people who identify as Christian, obviously a lot of progressives, who you know, they feel like they’re taking up the cause of the most vulnerable,” she says.
However these progressives refuse to speak up about vulnerable populations like unborn children inside the womb or imprisoned women who are doing their time but have no ability to advocate for their own safety.
“I mean, the progressives are total hypocrites, and you’ve seen some voices on the left break from that progressive movement. J.K. Rowling is a great example of that in the U.K., where she’s I think said in the last 24 hours, I saw online, that you know, you shouldn’t be raped in a prison or forced to subordinate your human dignity,” Dhillon says.
“That would seem obvious, and yet, there’s this total hypocrisy on the left on this issue, and it’s as if the feminist movement has completely abandoned its original premise,” she adds.

Why strong borders are biblical — not bigoted

Liberals will often claim Christians are not acting in line with their religion when they support strict immigration laws — but that claim could not be further from the truth.
“Remember Romans 13, that the government was instituted by God to reward those who do good and to punish those who do evil. Those who think that it is immoral or it is unjust to deport people who are here illegally have no problem locking their own doors, having their own walls, dead-bolting their own fences,” BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey says on “Relatable.”
“And the truth is, nations are like families. The government is supposed to put the interest in the well-being and the safety of our people first. Just because you lock your door and you don’t let any stranger come into your home doesn’t mean that you hate your neighbors,” she says.
“It doesn’t make you bigoted. It means that you love your children. If you allowed people that you don’t know, that you haven’t vetted into your home to sleep in your kid’s bed and to eat your kid’s food, you wouldn’t be a good neighbor, you would be a bad parent,” she continues.
And the same could be said for our government.
“If they were not sending ICE into these cities to deport illegal aliens who are not only here illegally, that would be enough to deport someone, by the way. Every government has that right and responsibility to maintain that sovereignty that we just talked about but also to deport the worst people in the world. We’re talking about people who raped a child. And you want to impede that justice,” Stuckey says.
“That is the God-given and righteous responsibility of any government. And Christians should be for that because we serve a God of peace, not a God of disorder. We understand that disorder and chaos are curses for a nation. And that God is a God of order who placed us in a garden, not a jungle,” she continues.
“Tough immigration policy is good,” she says, adding, “It would have been good for Laken Riley … it would have been good for all of those children who were raped or assaulted or kidnapped or harmed. The people who were killed, the people who have died because an illegal alien was driving under the influence. If we had tough immigration policy, those people would be alive.”

Double standard no more? Clintons face Congress over Epstein subpoenas

The House of Representative’s Oversight Committee has formally brought articles against the Clintons for contempt of Congress, and BlazeTV host Liz Wheeler believes it’s what the Clintons deserve.
“If anyone’s in a position to know whether Jeffrey Epstein was, in fact, belonging to intelligence as is reported … it would be the Clintons in a position to testify, and they defied that subpoena, which is a crime. It is a crime,” Wheeler says.
“The Clintons’ testimony is critical to understanding Epstein’s sex trafficking network and the ways he sought to curry favor and influence to shield himself from scrutiny. Their testimony may also inform how Congress can strengthen laws to better combat human trafficking,” Comer said.
“Since issuing the subpoenas, this committee has acted in good faith. We’ve offered flexibility on scheduling. The response we received was not cooperation, but defiance marked by repeated delays, excuses, and obstruction,” he continued, noting that the Clintons have claimed to have been treated “unfairly.”
Comer also pointed out that photographs, flight log records, wedding invitations, and other materials serve as evidence of the couple’s well-documented relationship with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
“Remember, to defy a congressional subpoena is a crime. When two Republicans committed this crime, [Steve] Bannon and Peter Navarro, what happened to them? [Steve] Bannon was sentenced to federal prison. Peter Navarro was sentenced to federal prison,” Wheeler comments.
“Why should Hillary Clinton be treated any differently? Why should there be a double standard of justice that holds Republicans to account when crimes are committed and lets Democrats off the hook?” she asks.
While some critics of the move against the Clintons are warning that this might open the floor for Democrats to target Republicans politically when they’re in power, Wheeler couldn’t disagree more.
“That’s nonsense. The Democrats have been targeting us already. We’ve spent the last decade being targeted by Democrats. It’s not going to suddenly give them permission and they’re going to start targeting us,” she says. “They already have.”

Liberals tout study claiming illegal immigrants commit less crime than Americans — forget that they’re here illegally

Liberals are incredibly excited about a recent study that accuses American-born U.S. citizens of committing more crimes than illegal immigrants — but BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales thinks they’re getting a little ahead of themselves.
“First of all, actually, 100% of them, if they’re here illegally, 100% of them are criminals already. But I digress,” Gonzales says on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”
“This is a talking point that they keep putting out there intentionally,” she adds, before playing clips of several prominent liberals, like Sunny Hostin from “The View,” making this claim.
In one clip, Hostin happily repeats the line, saying, “Undocumented immigrants are much less likely to have committed crimes than American citizens. American citizens commit more crimes than anyone who is undocumented.”
As she finishes her sentence, the crowd erupts in applause.
“Use your brains,” Gonzales scoffs.
The study these liberals are citing is from Northwestern and reads, “Using incarceration rates as a proxy for crime, a team of economists analyzed 150 years of U.S. Census data and found immigrants were consistently less likely to be incarcerated than people born in the U.S. They also found beginning in 1960, the incarceration gap widened such that immigrants today are 60% less likely to be incarcerated than the U.S.-born.”
“Let’s say it’s 1% of these people committing more crime than they already committed when they entered here illegally. Who cares if it’s 1%? It’s crime that we don’t need to have. But, like, when you start looking at their argument, it completely falls apart. We’re not under an obligation to take in any criminals,” Gonzales comments.
“Just let them flood in en masse because a Northwestern study said that they commit less crime,” she mocks.
“It’s so stupid,” she continues. “But this is the kind of thing that the mainstream media and all of these leftist hacks keep pushing. ‘Well, but like, only some of them are criminals.’”

EXPOSED: First Muslim Texas lawmakers push Islamic values

Democrats Salman Bhojani and Dr. Suleman Lalani are the first-ever Muslims to be elected to the Texas legislature — and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is sounding the alarm that their presence is more insidious than Texans might think.
“They were both born in Pakistan. They were both, by the way, sworn in as Texas House representatives with the Quran, which, in my opinion, shouldn’t be allowed. And they’re both attempting to implement Islamic laws, values, morals, principles, honor into our state,” Gonzales explains.
“They’re both running again for re-election in the Democrat primaries. … I want to show you what they just did — both did and attempted to do in the last legislative session,” she continues.
Lalani has put forward several resolutions that concern Gonzales, like HR32, recognizing “Pakistan Day” at the Capitol.
“Now, again, it’s a resolution. It’s very informal. You know, you might say, ‘Well, it doesn’t really mean much.’ Well, actually it does. Actually it does — that the Republicans in the state of Texas would go along with this. Actually it does, because this is not about freedom of religion,” Gonzales explains.
“In Pakistan, sex outside of marriage is illegal. The punishment for that particular offense ranges from up to five years in prison for minors to 100 lashes for unmarried adults to — it could be as severe as stoning to death for married adults,” she says.
“And because the majority of citizens believe in Islam and Sharia law, including law enforcement, there’s actually a lot of things that happen that are technically illegal, but they just kind of cover their eyes and let it happen,” she continues, pointing out that this covers “honor killings.”
Honor killings occur usually when a woman or girl is perceived to have brought shame on her family by her actions. A male typically carries one out by murdering the girl or woman for her actions.
“By the way, child marriage? Fine in Pakistan,” Gonzales comments, disturbed.
“Data from the National Police Bureau indicates that at least 405 women fell victim to honor crimes during the year. Domestic violence accounted for at least 1,641 cases of murder and 3,385 cases of beating,” she reads from a report. “That’s what the culture is like over in Pakistan.”
Another piece of the report Gonzales refers to covers the story of a Christian man who was badly beaten by a mob after being accused of “blasphemy” and died from his injuries shortly after.
“Can’t be Christian there. You can’t say anything. You better not say anything bad about Allah or Muhammad, else you get killed in Pakistan. And acid attacks are also a thing there, of regular occurrence,” she explains.
“By the way, journalists are mysteriously killed. If you criticize the government, if you criticize any of the leaders, you might just mysteriously end up unalived. Also, you’re not allowed to protest the government. If you’re a citizen and you protest the government, you may actually just poof, disappear,” she continues.
“Hearing what the culture in Pakistan is all about, hearing what it’s like in this Islamic state, the Islamic state of Pakistan … are any of those values that you align with?” she asks. “I’m guessing the answer is no. So why did the Texas House honor Pakistanis on Pakistan Day?”
