Lee Zeldin humiliates Jasmine Crockett over her embarrassing accusation about Epstein donations

Left-wing firebrand Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) tried to smear Republicans with a bizarre attack about supposed campaign donations from deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein but got humiliated instead.
Crockett tried to insinuate that the disgraced financier had donated to the campaign of former Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin of New York along with other Republican politicians.
‘Crockett should get censured for this and staff should be fired. What a shocking embarrassment.’
“Folks who also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein, as I had my team dig in very quickly: Mitt Romney, the NRCC, Lee Zeldin, [former President] George Bush … McCain-Palin,” she said in a video that was circulated on social media.
“I just wanna be clear. If this is the standard that we’re gonna make, just know we gonna expose it all!” she added. “Just know that the FEC filings? They are available for everybody to review!”
Zeldin mocked her in a post on his social media account.
“Yes Crockett, a physician named Dr. Jeffrey Epstein (who is a totally different person than the other Jeffrey Epstein) donated to a prior campaign of mine,” he wrote.
“NO FREAKIN RELATION YOU GENIUS!” he added with interspersed clapping emojis.
Others hopped in to make fun of Crockett’s suggestion.
“My team dug into Representative Crocket. Did you know she died at the ALAMO?! Stop the presses,” joked one account.
“Please order immediate testing of the drinking water across her congressional district — something is seriously wrong with it,” added another.
A Blaze News request for comment to Crockett’s office was not immediately answered.

“Crockett should get censured for this and staff should be fired. What a shocking embarrassment to go to the floor with this kind of insane accusation, and have the WRONG JEFFREY EPSTEIN,” replied GOP communications expert Matt Whitlock.
Crockett has recently suggested that she may launch a campaign for the U.S. Senate as retribution against Texas Republicans who redistricted the congressional maps to help them in the midterm elections.
“If you want to take my seat of 766,000 away, I feel like there has to be some karma in that to where I take your seat that is for 30 million away,” she said in October. “So we are, you know, the primary is the primary. That’s cool, but you got to win the general. So we are doing some testing here shortly to see if I can expand the electorate.”

Hakeem Jeffries Can’t Stop Repeating Himself When Reporter Presses Him On House Democrat’s Texts With Epstein

Hakeem Jeffries’ campaign allegedly solicited money from Jeffrey Epstein

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) has accused a Democratic colleague of trying to solicit money from convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.
On the House floor on Tuesday, Comer slammed Democratic fundraisers for inviting Epstein to an event, including to potentially privately meet with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D). This invite was a part of a 2013 campaign effort, just a handful of years after Epstein pleaded guilty to solicitation of prostitution involving a minor under 18.
‘Of course, I have no recollection of the email.’
“Hakeem Jeffries’ campaign solicited money from Jeffrey Epstein,” Comer declared.
Comer was referring to an email sent by a political consulting firm to Epstein in May 2013, just a few months into Jeffries’ first term in Congress. The email stated that the firm was “working with Congressman Hakeem Jeffries” and invited Epstein to a “fundraising dinner with President Obama.”
CNN’s Kaitlan Collins questioned Jeffries about the allegations that his campaign invited Epstein to an event.
“Of course, I have no recollection of the email. I’ve never had a conversation with him. Never met him, know nothing about him, other than the extreme things that he’s been convicted of doing,” Jeffries told Collins. “And that’s why I’m just strongly supportive of the efforts backing the survivors to make sure that everything can come out, whatever is in those Department of Justice files.”

Jeffries stated that he never received a donation from Epstein.
Earlier during the floor proceedings, Comer accused Democratic lawmakers of trying to leverage the Epstein scandal to attack President Donald Trump.

“When the Oversight Committee interviewed former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Alex Acosta, Democrats whipped themselves into a frenzy trying to manufacture a ‘gotcha’ moment. But they failed,” Comer stated, adding that Acosta’s testimony confirmed there was no connection to Trump in the Epstein case.
“Next, Democrats resorted to selective leaks and doctored documents to mislead the American people,” he continued. “In their latest selective leak, Democrats released just three, three of the 23,000 pages of documents from the Epstein estate. And they made redactions to two of those emails that changed both the context and meaning of the three pages they released.”

Man allegedly lit random woman on fire on Chicago train — suspect had numerous previous arrests

A horrific incident on the el train in Chicago on Monday has led to a woman in critical condition with severe burns.
Police say that a 45-year-old male had a “verbal altercation” with the 27-year-old woman before the alleged attack, but a source who spoke to CWB Chicago contradicted the account.
The arson incident would be his 23rd arrest. Some of those arrests include other incidents of arson.
The source said the attack was unprovoked and completely random.
A person of interest was apprehended by police, but he has not been charged yet.
The source told CWB Chicago that the woman was paying attention to her cell phone on a Blue Line train at about 9:26 p.m. when the man doused her with a liquid from a bottle. She tried to run away, but he was able to catch up to her and light her on fire, according to the source. The man was also lit on fire during the altercation.
The woman was transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
CWB Chicago reported that the suspect had previously been charged with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, but a judge denied a request to keep him in custody and ordered 24/7 electronic monitoring instead.
Three weeks later, another judge modified the terms to allow him to leave his home outside daytime hours, which includes the time of the alleged assault.

The report also said that the suspect had been arrested 22 times since 2016 by the Chicago Police Department alone. The arson incident would be his 23rd arrest. Some of those arrests include other incidents of arson.
A source told CWB Chicago that no one on the train stepped in to help the woman after she was lit on fire. A witness also described the man as black.
