The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show cause order against the van driver who allegedly tried to speed off after hitting a motorcycle in Quezon City on Tuesday night. The driver”s license was also placed under preventive suspension for 90 days, with the driver ordered to surrender his license to the LTO.
