California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) slammed President Trump on Saturday while attending a rally to rail against Texas’s successful redistricting efforts. “We’re dealing with an invasive species by the name of Donald Trump,” Newsom told the crowd in Houston. “He is an historic president, however.
