Somali radical accused of sickening salivary assault on federal agents after bizarre ‘bananas with rice’ speech
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest on Wednesday of 16 anti-ICE rioters who allegedly assaulted, resisted, opposed, impeded, intimidated, and/or interfered with federal agents while officers were engaged in official duties in Minneapolis.
Among the radicals charged under 18 U.S. Code Section 111 was Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old “Somali-American” whose bizarre speech about Somalis’ supposed affinity for bananas and rice recently went viral.
‘I will carry this on my shoulders.’
Ahmed, who lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, held a press conference with Democrat state Rep. Samakab Hussein at the Minnesota Capitol last week, where she criticized U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, accused federal agents of roughing her up, and did her apparent best to provide some insights into Somali identity.
“I got kidnapped by ICE,” said Ahmed, wearing a bandage on a portion of her head not covered by her Islamic veil. “ICE came to my neighborhood, where — my neighborhood is a very Somali neighborhood. It’s a predominantly Somali neighborhood. There’s many Somalis that live here.”
Ahmed indicated that she saw a pair of Somali men running away from federal agents outside an apartment complex on Jan. 14 and decided to get involved. When asked for her ID, she allegedly complied.
Footage appears to show a woman believed to be Ahmed spitting in the face of a federal agent.
Following the apparent salivary attack, Ahmed was reportedly arrested, taken to the Whipple Federal Building at Fort Snelling, then briefly held on pending federal felony charges at Sherburne County jail in Elk River.
Speaking at the press conference several days after she was released without charges, Ahmed claimed both that an ICE agent used a racial slur in reference to her and that she suffered a concussion during the arrest.

“They arrested and detained me for two days, and I was put in county jail,” continued the anti-ICE radical. “Then there was this ICE agent who called me a racial slur.”
“I am proud to say I have survived ICE,” said Ahmed. “Many people are saying, including my family and friends, that I will go down in history, and I will carry this on my shoulders.”
While Ahmed’s sob story resonated with Democrats such as Rep. Betty McCollum and other anti-ICE liberals, the part of her monologue that went viral online was her commentary on Somalis and “eating bananas with rice”:
I’m Somali. I’m proud to be Somali. To me, being Somali isn’t just eating bananas with rice. It’s a, it’s a lot, it’s like a, it’s a, it’s a, it’s an interesting thing. It’s a — it’s very hard to describe what means to be Somali and what it means to be American, but it’s like a cultural fusion. It’s kind of like the bananas and rice, you know? People don’t really see like — you know it’s a, it’s a, it’s — you know, people don’t think, “Oh, you can eat bananas with rice,” but that’s what it’s like to be Somali and American. It’s like that combination of banana and rice, but you’re gonna get what I mean.
Despite the supposed fusion of bananas and rice, the U.S. State Department has paused immigrant visa processing from Somalia, citing it as one of 75 countries “whose migrants take welfare from the American people at unacceptable rates.”
The Center for Immigration Studies indicated in a report last month that in Minnesota, approximately 54% of Somali-headed households received food stamps and 73% of Somali households had at least one member on Medicaid. By way of comparison, the figures for native households were 7% and 18%, respectively.
“Somalians ripped off that state for billions of dollars. Billions every year. Billions of dollars, and they contribute nothing. The welfare is like 88%. They contribute nothing,” President Donald Trump said last month. “I don’t want them in our country; I’ll be honest with you. Some might say, ‘Oh, that’s not politically correct.’ I don’t care. I don’t want them in our country. Their country is no good for a reason. Their country stinks, and we don’t want them in our country.”
Ahmed is now hitting up sympathizers for cash, requesting $20,000 on GoFundMe “to support her in this difficult moment.” At the time of publication, she had raised nearly $2,000.
Regarding the arrest of Ahmed and other anti-ICE radicals, Bondi noted, “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: NOTHING will stop President Trump and this Department of Justice from enforcing the law.”

Somalia accused of stealing US-funded food aid, destroying warehouse — but caves when Trump admin cuts it off cold
The Somali government admitted fault after it was accused of destroying a United States-funded warehouse and seizing 76 metric tons of food aid intended for Somali nationals.
In early January, the State Department halted “all ongoing” aid to Somalia, citing concerning reports that its government had destroyed a World Food Programme warehouse and seized donor-funded food.
‘The Federal Government takes full responsibility for addressing this unfortunate situation and expresses its regret that it occurred.’
“Any resumption of assistance will be dependent upon the Somali Federal Government taking accountability for its unacceptable actions and taking appropriate remedial steps,” the State Department’s Office of Foreign Assistance wrote.
Somalia previously denied the allegations, asserting that the expansion work at the Mogadishu port, where the U.S.-funded warehouse is located, did not impact the food aid. The government further insisted that the aid was “under the custody and control of the World Food Programme, including assistance provided by the United States.”
However, on Monday, the Federal Republic of Somalia Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation issued a press release that seemed to reverse its position.
“The Federal Government of Somalia confirms that the commodities removed from the warehouse affected by port expansion activities, as referenced in recent reports, have been fully returned to the World Food Program (WFP). The Federal Government takes full responsibility for addressing this unfortunate situation and expresses its regret that it occurred,” the statement reads.

Somalia has provided WFP “with a larger and more suitable warehouse within the Mogadishu Port area, supporting improved storage capacity and efficient distribution,” the statement continues.
The Somali government pledged to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and take steps to prevent future issues.
“The Federal Government of Somalia remains fully committed to humanitarian principles, transparency, and accountability, and values its close partnership with the World Food Program, the United States, and the broader international donor community,” the statement reads. “The Government considers this clarification an important step toward resolving the matter and ensuring continued cooperation in support of the Somali people.”

The U.S. is the largest contributor to the WFP, providing approximately $2 billion in 2025, which constitutes nearly one-third of the organization’s total funding.
The State Department and the WFP did not respond to a request for comment.

‘Where are all the workers?’ BlazeTV’s Sara Gonzales exposes potential H-1B visa fraud in Texas
BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales appears to have uncovered a rash of possible H-1B visa fraud in the Lone Star State.
“If you thought Somalian day-care fraud was a problem, it turns out that’s just the tip of the iceberg,” said Gonzales. “There’s a whole new problem that it turns out is taking tens of thousands of jobs away from Americans and changing our communities forever that you probably haven’t even thought of. I’m talking about H-1B visas.”
The H-1B visa program enables U.S.-based employers to temporarily hire foreign workers into specialized positions that American citizens supposedly can’t do. H-1B specialty occupation workers are generally admitted for a period of up to three years, which can in most cases be extended for another three years.
‘I’m not buying it.’
While the H-1B is a nonimmigrant visa, it paves the way for foreigners to obtain permanent residency in the country.
Lawmakers from both parties have in recent years expressed concerns about H-1B visa fraud and abuse, proposing amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act that would reform or even abolish the program.
Amid chatter online about serial abuse of the program in Texas, Gonzales began scrutinizing H-1B employers operating in her region, two of which didn’t pass the smell test.
One of the two companies, which appears in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ H-1B Employer Datahub as Qubitz Tech Sysystems [sic] LLC, had 12 H-1B beneficiaries approved last year. The company, whose visa job contact is Hari Madiraju, has apparently been hiring “software developers” from abroad for years.

Gonzales went to the address listed for Qubitz in Frisco, Texas — a four-bedroom house in a residential neighborhood where a man responding to “Hari” answered the door.
In footage of the encounter, Hari appears greatly vexed by Gonzales’ presence and even more so when she asks about Qubitz and its H-1B visa workers.
The moment that Gonzales mentions Qubitz, Hari announces that he is calling the police.
“I would love for the cops to come out here,” says Gonzales.
“Are the workers in here? Are the 12 workers for your company in here? Do they work out of here?”
Hari indicates that the workers are located at his “company.” When Gonzales asks where his company is, Hari appears to tell the 911 operator, “Somebody is knocking on my door and then they are like threatening me. … Please, can you help me?”
Gonzales later paid a visit to the supposed Qubitz office Hari suggested was headquarters for his dozen or more workers only to find a prison-cell-sized room with a single chair and some folding tables.
“Pretty cramped working quarters for 12 H-1B workers,” said Gonzales. “I’m not buying it.”
3Bees Technologies Inc., which is listed as active on the Texas Comptroller website, similarly raised eyebrows.
According to the H-1B Employer Datahub, the company — whose agent, director, and president is Vamsi Krishna Vajinapally — had 27 H-1B beneficiaries approved in 2022 and 19 visa petitions apparently denied the following year.
While the visas approved in 2022 for Vajinapally’s foreign workforce — which at one time supposedly comprised software developers, software quality assurance analysts, and software engineers — are apparently no longer valid, Gonzales was nevertheless surprised to find little evidence the recipients had a legitimate workplace to leave behind.
The BlazeTV host visited the location listed as the company’s address in Irving, Texas. As with Qubitz, she found a house in a residential neighborhood.
After finding no discernible evidence of people working at the location during business hours and receiving passing insight from a neighbor that something shady was afoot on the block, Gonzales traveled to the recently updated Plano address on the 3Bees website.
At that location, Gonzales found a building under construction, devoid of signs of office workers and software development. Gonzales indicated that while the location is currently being transformed into a social club, the location was formerly a WeWork, a remote office space that anyone can rent.
Gonzales indicated that Vajinapally of 3Bees has attempted to hire H-1B workers for another supposed tech business whose alleged Texas-based office is another rentable virtual office in Lewisville.
Qubitz and 3Bees did not respond to Blaze News’ request for comment.
“Once you start scraping data from H-1B databases, you start seeing immediately all of these patterns,” said Gonzales.
“The biggest question I have right now is: If we were able to find this with just a little bit of Google-searching and follow-up, why hasn’t USCIS done anything to combat this?”

Trump blasts mass migration from ‘failed’ foreign countries in fiery rebuke: ‘Minnesota reminds us’
President Donald Trump delivered a scathing rebuke of mass migration, pointing to Minnesota as a cautionary tale.
During his Wednesday speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Trump warned of the dangers and destabilization caused by mass migration. As in many European countries, whose leaders were in attendance, migrants have flooded the United States by the millions, many of them taking advantage of social programs, committing crimes, and failing to assimilate.
‘We have to defend that culture.’
Trump pointed to Minnesota as a prime example of the failures of mass migration, noting the immense fraud and cultural disruption brought about by Somalian immigrants.
“The situation in Minnesota reminds us that the West cannot mass-import foreign cultures which have failed to ever build a successful society of their own,” Trump said.

“We’re taking people from Somalia, and Somalia … it’s not a nation,” Trump said. “Got no government. Got no police. Got no military. Got no nothing.”
Trump went on to criticize Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, a Somalian immigrant.
“She comes from a country that’s not a country,” Trump said. “And she’s telling us how to run America. Not going to get away with it much longer.”

“The explosion of prosperity, in conclusion, and progress that built the West did not come from our tax codes. It ultimately came from our very special culture,” Trump said. “This is the precious inheritance that America and Europe have in common. We share it. We share it, but we have to keep it strong.”
“We have to defend that culture and rediscover the spirit that lifted the West from the depths of the Dark Ages to the pinnacle of human achievement,” Trump said.

Bessent delivers bad news to Somalis on welfare: No more wire transfers to the homeland
U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent revealed on Thursday that the Trump administration is clamping down on extra-national remittances by individuals exploiting public assistance.
The announcement, which comes on the heels of a series of damning revelations about fraud committed by Somalis in Minnesota, could prove impactful for the crime-ridden Islamic nation of Somalia.
After all, members of the Somali diaspora sent $2.12 billion in remittances home in 2024 alone. The loss of the American portion of this funding stream would not go unnoticed for a failed nation with a GDP in the neighborhood of $12 billion.
‘Our generosity has been taken advantage of.’
Bessent, who is also the acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, “We are here to follow the money because that’s what Treasury does.”
“We did it with the mafia, we have done it with the cartels, and now we are going to do it with these Somali fraudsters,” continued Bessent. “Treasury has something called FinCEN, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and we are coming in.”
Bessent indicated that the agency is launching four investigations into money-service businesses “that we believe may have wired money out of the country — a lot of the ill-gotten, stolen money — over to the Middle East, over to Somalia. We’ll see where that’s going.”

As part of the crackdown, Bessent indicated that FinCEN will be issuing a Geographic Targeting Order, an order that imposes new identification and record-keeping requirements pertaining to transactions within a certain region, and engaging in “enhanced surveillance.”
“There’s something called a Suspicious Activity Report if a certain amount of money gets wired,” added Bessent.
According to guidance released in October by FinCEN, financial institutions are required to “file a SAR if the institution knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect that the transaction or series of transactions are designed to evade [currency transaction reporting] requirements.”
After Ingraham suggested the threshold was $10,000, Bessent said, “We’re lowering that to $3,000.”
In addition to significantly lowering the threshold for a SAR, Bessent said that “from now on, anyone who wires money out from one of these money-service businesses has to check a box saying whether they are on public assistance.”
“If you are on public assistance, we are going to start pushing that you cannot wire money out of the country,” added Bessent.
“Our generosity has been taken advantage of.”
The treasury secretary further suggested that if a so-called asylum seeker is wiring money out of the country, “one of two things must be true: You are getting too much money and your benefits should be cut, or you are part of this conspiracy.”
Days before President Donald Trump announced the termination of the Temporary Protected Status designation for Somalia, BlazeTV host Christopher Rufo and investigative reporter Ryan Thorpe detailed the alleged direction of stolen taxpayer funds by Somalis in America to terrorists abroad.
According to the duo’s City Journal report, federal counterterrorism sources confirmed “that millions of dollars in stolen funds have been sent back to Somalia, where they ultimately landed in the hands of the terror group Al-Shabaab.”
Al-Shabaab is a Somalia-based, Al-Qaeda-linked terrorist organization committed to waging a global jihad.
One confidential source told Rufo and Thorpe that “the largest funder of Al-Shabaab is the Minnesota taxpayer.”

VIRAL video: Somali man taunts Americans — ‘Go to work for me, you f**king white animals!’
A TikTok video created by a Somali-American man is going viral on social media right now.
In it, the creator says: “Thank you for working so hard so I can be home all day — free. I can use my EBT. Go to work for me, white boy, white girl! Yeah! Go to work for me, you f**king white animals! F**king work for me. Yeah, you f**king work for me. And the U.S. government — they work for me. All of you work for me. Now go to work.”
This is what we get when Christians assume they intuitively know the character of God instead of actually reading Scripture, Steve Deace says.
Back when Deace was a new Christian and just beginning his career in politics, he struggled with “being kind to the alien and sojourner.” He would often speak to people who were pro-immigration — nuns, pastors, and Chamber of Commerce officials — who would peddle the argument that “these are just people that want to have a track at life.”
“I could see myself falling into this to the point that one day, I let them put one of their illegal aliens on my show,” he says.
This particular individual was attending the University of Iowa — a “very prestigious public university in the Midwest, if not America,” Deace says.
The conversation was “fairly sympathetic” until Deace asked him this question: What do you say to the parents of students in Iowa whose children were denied a seat at Iowa State University because the university chose to give it to you — an illegal alien?
His answer, Deace says, “was a lot like that Somali video.”
In essence, he said this: “Well, you guys stole this land from the Injuns. It’s an illegitimate country. I don’t feel any guilt and remorse whatsoever. And you’ve been raping the Latin world and third world ever since. So, you owe me.”
At that moment, the “scales [fell] off” Deace’s eyes. “I’m sitting there saying to myself during the break, ‘I just let these people work me over.’ Absolutely just worked me over. That’ll never happen again,” he recounts.
Today, he doesn’t let others’ speculations about the character of God inform his viewpoints. He just looks at Scripture.
“Let’s open up the word of God and see what it actually says. And I’m reading Nehemiah. There’s mass deportations. They’re building walls. God is punishing his people for not keeping boundary stones. I think the first judgment after Noah’s flood is the Tower of Babel. And God’s like, ‘Nope, you guys do not get to come together as one nebulous, globalist glob. We’re not doing that here,”’ Deace says.
But years and years of Christians ignorantly assuming that, according to God’s character, we should open borders and welcome anyone and everyone who wants to come here has landed us in the predicament we’re currently in — a predicament where a Somali immigrant can sit at home for free and make videos taunting white Americans, whom he considers his personal slaves.
“Now it’s just in your face,” Deace says.
The attitude of so many illegal aliens, he says, is this: “We will pee on you and tell you it’s raining. In fact, while we’re peeing on you and you know we’re peeing on you and you can smell the urine in the air, we’re going to keep just telling you it’s raining. We’re going to laugh at you because we have no fear of you whatsoever. None. We have no fear of your politicians.”
