NLEX to close some lanes for Sto. Tomas Interchange construction
Some lanes of the North Luzon Expressway will be temporarily closed to give way to the construction of the Sto. Tomas Interchange Project of the Department of Public Works and Highways, NLEX Corporation said Friday.
