No new regulations vs imported cars, modifications, tire age — LTO chief Lacanilao
Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao on Saturday denied claims circulating on social media that the agency would implement a series of new regulations against imported cars, illegal modifications, and tire age.
