Over 1,000 evacuated in Cagayan Valley ahead of Uwan’s possible Aurora landfall
More than 1,000 people were preemptively evacuated in Cagayan Valley as Super Typhoon Uwan is expected to make landfall over Aurora, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) 2 said on Sunday.
