PAGASA: 30 areas in Luzon, Visayas at risk of life-threatening storm surges
Even as Uwan has weakened into a typhoon, the state weather bureau on Monday warned that 30 areas in Luzon and the Visayas remain under threat of life-threatening storm surges as the typhoon continues to cross the Luzon landmass.
