PAGASA: LPA to bring cloudy skies, rains over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao
Several parts of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies, rains, and thunderstorms on Monday as a result of the low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the state weather bureau said.
