PAGASA: Storm surge warning up in 4 Ilocos provinces as Uwan moves away
The coastal areas of 34 towns and cities in four provinces in the Ilocos Region are at moderate to high risk of storm surges as high as one to two meters in the next 12 hours, the state weather bureau said on Monday night.
