Malacañang said Thursday it is verifying the statement of Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson that former Public Works and Highways secretary Manuel Bonoan deliberately submitted incorrect information about flood control projects to President Ferdinand ”Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
